Had a good experience with company „Budget“ at the airport in Marseille. Got an upgrade to drive a Cupra Formentor- without any additional costs. Nice support from Imen, the contact person from Budget.

The only negative thing I can say is, that some scratches on the car and spilling marks inside the car were not documented. I was a bit unsure if this is something they would charge for after returning the car, without me being the person who did it during the 1-day-trip.

Overall, the service was quick and easy as well as the pickup and return of the car.

If I could give a zero star review i would. Paid for a hire car, arrived at our destination in the UK ( from Germany) but we're unable to actually get a car due to details that this company didn't tell us. Shameful operation. Made a visit to visit my ill father fat more stressful than it needed to be. I would never use this company. Hire directly is my advice. We asked for information to get a refund, it never arrived. Shockingly bad company. Disgusting.

Complete scam going through Billiger-Mietwagen. Was rejected at front desk for not having braille numbering on my card. This is nowhere in writing and was not mentioned prior to arrival. The car rental company referred us back to Billiger-Mietwagen. They have not engaged in responding to my emails and have kept the money paid for the car. What a joke! Left in a foreign country with no access to a car. Scam written all over it. Use a different broker.

But I like your website, it is clear and easy to use.

Have been using this platform for all my rentals for about 15 years. The money I have saved is signifcant. Never had a bad experience. On two occasions I had to go out of pocket for two small scratches, but got full refund without any questions asked through insurance arranged by Billiger Mietwagen. Highly recommended.

Everything worked really well, but I was negatively surprised when I received the invoice and noticed that an extra day had been charged. The invoice indicates that the car was collected at 14:42 on 23/12/2024, but this is actually the time when the process started, which for some reason took around 15-20 minutes. By the time I reached the car it was already past three o'clock. I returned the car at 16:01 on 30/12/2024 and would have expected this extra hour not to be counted as a full day.

Even with a 3h delayed flight and provided flight details, I still had to wait 1 more hour to finally get a car. Since they did not have a car available after that hour, I got an nice upgraded car.

The desk registration should be faster. The waiting time is too long. While you already gave all your data by the booking, it's still necessary to recheck all by the desk.
Car return is easy, when you have a full insurance. I had a bad experience when i did not have. The guy inspecting the car was trying to find invisible demage.

No issues with either Billiger Mietwagen or Budget - fast, uncomplicated, smooth.

I did not receive the car I reserved/paid for in advance at the FMO/Munster airport. SIXT was the car agency and their office was closed and calling the telephone numbers were not helpful--everybody just said someone should be there and we don't know why, but did not offer any practical help in getting the car. I paid for nothing. A message left to BSP Auto afterwards for cancellation/refund went unanswered.

I booked a full insurance package that explicitly read "no deductibles" in case of damage to the car. Well it so happen that there was a little scratch on the car bumper, which led the provider to deduce €250 from my deposit as they claimed i wasn't ensured for this case.
Billiger-Mietwagen referred me to the insurer ERGO, who pointed me to the fine print, that revealed that the insurance wouldn't cover damages to the paint.

Top car rental service at Avis CPT airport. Fast car collection of brand new KIA :) I will come again :)

Easy to pick up and drop off

Car ordered with Enterprise through this site was a smaller category but this has been compensated by a discount. Tank was not completely full when delivered and awaiting solution of Enterprise still. Everything further great.

My reservation based on rental agreement and the amount was €225 and total amount (tax included) was €335.
When I left the car, the authorized person of Alamo said that "everything is perfect, there is no problem". But when I was give back the car, Alamo collected from me €377.
When I realized it, I called the company twice and latest time they said me that we left the car late, so the system could charged the amount.
But I think that we are not more than late half an hour. Also they charged an amount more than agreement daily fee.
Actually I believe that, they should warn me about the situation.
