I phoned . About my bike seat being too high and they told me to bring the bike in on Saturday 13 4 24 and the helpful staff told me that the seat was ok for my height and it was the handle bars that needs adjusting the bike is fine now and will be back in the future great service TNolan

Shop informed when shipped earlier than stated on the website and it arrived earlier than expected. Well packaged. I would buy from them again.

Just bought my new Pinarello X after having a bike fit on another bike. Bike fit by Barry was excellent and I have been riding it many miles since the bike fit and I am so pleased with it.
Decided to go for the Pinarello X and I am so pleased with it. All of the staff here are superb and it’s great to support a local bike shop and I hope it keeps on going for years to come as they all deserve it.

After hunting around for a Cervelo Soloist (What a bike), I came across Billy Bilsland Cycles. It was a great experience, Neil was super helpful making sure I got the right size and components and answering my endless questions. From London to Glasgow! Thank you.

Ordered online and my Wizard Works bag was ready for collection by lunch. Collected it and was met by a friendly member of staff. What more could I want. Great shop.

Inadequate packaging meant the rear mudguard arrived twisted. I should have sent it back but thought that would be too much hassle. I tried to bend it back but it seems to be permanently twisted now. It has proved very difficult to mount on the bike so it provides coverage without rubbing the rear tire. The packaging looked like black bin liner with some packing tape. The end section of the rear mudguard and flap had no protection and ended up permanently bent out of shape.
