Package not received
Hello,
I ordered a package 3 weeks before my vacation hoping I will get it in time. Unfortunately it did not happened, and agreed with your service to send it after my return from vacation. It seams like, once I change a bit your matrix, it seams very difficult to get to an arrangement .. I confirmed like 3 times that I want to receive the package after a certain date, and every time I communicate with your service it seams like there was no communication with you before hand.. you are always telling me that the package was returned and ask me if I still want the package.. i am the one that was asking for the package to be returned to you, in written, so I can receive it after my vacation.. I really want that package, but at this moment, I have no confirmation and have no idea when I will receive it.. and you are blaming the transportation company that didn’t even received the package.. it is just frustrating .. I wasn’t sure how to escalate this, so I doing it here, thank you in advance for your help

Shipping costs and refund
I didn't realise I had to pay shipping costs as we are not in the EU, it said free delivery. So I asked for a refund. I must say it became very confusing with UPS but Bimago were really good replying to my emails and eventually I got a refund!
They are based in Poland, good customer service.

Very upset bimago hidden the courier cost and receiver only know till the courier send the email for the payment. The most upset the entire purchase process is clear stated ' delivery fee '... this is kind of cheating...

Due to Brexit, when importing to UK products from European Union that cost more than £135 additional costs will arise. These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government.

Also, when you placed the product into to cart, you did receive a warning about additinal fees, to which you agreed by proceeding to checkout.

Canvas geometric print with wood edge
Great quality and colour as shown. Just be aware in.uk there could be a customs tax but in fairness to the company this is stated. I have two prints and just ordered a third so really happy with the product.

Great Experience! - BrickWall Style Room Divider
I ordered a 3-panel soundproof "room divider" for the bedroom I use as a home office. This room divider works well as a background when I am in virtual meetings, but it also blocks background noise out when I am recording podcasts too!
