Service good
The service and vehicle was good. The issues were (1) lack of details/map given to hirer, to pick up & drop off . Wasted time to find. (2) Vehicle manual should also be in ENGLISH, as we could not find the cruise control for the various speeds on the highways.

Ask questions and they will answer, don't expect them to inform . Travel date was 10th June, 2014 to 19th June, 2014
One has to be an experienced person to know in detail about kinds of insurance, GPS, etc. before renting a car. I did my homework and thoroughly checked at the time of renting about consequences if there was an accident due to my fault. Only then did they tell me that the insurance will cover the other party first for his/her damages. Expenses for damages to my rented car will be extra if the first insurance cover does not have enough balance to repair my car also. I promptly bought another insurance. Also, there is no guarantee that you will get a gps even if you've requested for it. I also found that buying a data card from Tre with 3 gb (more than sufficient if you want to use it for gps, emails without pics and whattsapp only) for my Iphone only costed me 15 Euro during my Italy tour and was cheaper than renting a gps which costed 40 Euros +. I found that many of these little things are not told to customers but such questions are answered by their officers if you ask them. So please prepare yourselves properly before renting. Other than the above, I had requested for a convertible Peugeot 308 but got a VW beetle convertible which was fantastic. I traveled with my family that includes two teenagers, but it was very comfortable. The company site showed that you can put 2 pcs of luggage in the boot but there was space for only one normal size 20" - 30" suitcase in it. I was told other convertibles including the one I had opted for has even less boot space. Alls well that ends well and that is how I can describe my experience. I would recommend the Company to all experienced renters and not to first timers unless they have done their homework.
Everything Went Well! Concerns Were Unfounded
At first I was a little suspicious. I had specifically looked for a 8-9 seater minibus in Madrid, but neither my usual travel site (Expedia) nor the main car rental sites themselves (Avis, Hertz etc) were showing any such vehicles. When I did a general search I ended up with this company called Bingocarrental which claimed to have one ... which I booked ... and when the reservation docs arrived, it turned out that the minibus was from Avis! As Bingo only took a Euro 25 deposit, my primary concern was finding myself in Madrid airport with no car rental ... so I rang Avis directly in Madrid and asked if they were aware of my booking ... which they were. So my concerns were all unfounded and everything turned out well (ie: an Avis car rental). Of course, as always, the optional extras doubled the total cost of my rental (Euro 47 per day!) but this had nothing to do with the service provided by Bingo.
Great Car, good service, difficult to find return car park
Booked car online with Additional details to be provided on collection. No communication from company prior to collection in terms of where to leave the keys or latest collection time at station. Car was not available nor any message sent to us. Had to find a hotel in the town to stay overnight and collect car in the morning. Good service in the morning to upgrade the car and cover hotel expenses. Tricks for new players however an email message would have been helpful rather than have to struggle to sort it out after 24 hours of travel. The return car park was very difficult to find.
Overall a good motoring experience.
Overall, everything worked out very well. It was unclear from the web descriptions how much luggage would fit in the chosen car. This was paramount to us because we had 4 suitcases. As it turned out, the selected car was not available and the upgrade fit the bill quite well. When we made the online booking, the St Pancras depot of Sixt was not operational. It would have proven more efficient for us to have picked-up the car from there and not have to travel to Brewery Road.
Very good
It was simple efficient and punctual, Everything that was promised was delivered. Also the price was great.
Very bad experience
My experience with Bingo car rental was very bad. It started well when I was looking for a mini van with automatic transmission. I found it in Bingo and I was so happy to reserve it. Along with the car I have requested to add an additional driver and a GPS device. It asked me to allow 48 hours for the confirmation to come out. I thought that is fine. After one day a got confirmation and my credit card was charged for the full amount. However, in the confirmation link I got, the additional driver and the GPS device were in the not included section.
I thought this was a mistake, so I have raised a ticked with the reference number 0-1595592. I was contacted on the next business day that my ticket was forwarded to customer care department. And since then I haven't heard anything! My ticket was closed without providing any answer and without contacting me. I have tried to reopen the ticket and to create another one, but with no luck at all. I even tried use the contact us form on the website, tried to send an email and tried to send a tweet. But none of that got any response. I have waited on their call center for more than 15 minutes without answer.
My car was provided by Eurocar, I have contacted them to check if this reservation exists and to confirm my fears, they said it doesn't exist! They don't even know Bingo! Here my thoughts started to go in the direction that I was cheated and that Bingo is fraudulent website. I have contacted my bank to report this incident. The bank has confirmed that my credit card was charged for the amount.
My last option was to try to cancel the reservation, if Bingo is honest then my money would be back. I have tried this and luckily my money was back after one week (minus some admin charges).
I will never deal again with Bingo and will never recommend it for anyone
No problems, everything worked well with the reservation
We were very satisfired with all dealings and results.
When we picked up the car the service was very quick. We had no troubles with the car but then again we wouldn't expect to have any it being a new Ford. When we returned the car in LA the service was very quick and we were out of there in less than five minutes.
Don't book with BINGO Car Rental
When I received the voucher, there where extra costs that were not mentioned on the 'Car rental confirmation' I received when I made the booking. When I called them, they say that the only time I could have seen these costs, was when I made the booking.
Not possible to change the booking via 'manage my booking' on the internet. I had to call them. As I wanted to change the drop off time, to avoid 'meet late fee' of 28 euro, they wanted to charge me 30 euro for that.
For service: do not rent a car via Bingo Car!
do not use this company
Processed my visa without my authorisation, could not reach them , terrible company !!
Wonderfully Trouble-Free Rental Booking
I had a wonderful car rental booking experience with Bingo Car Rental. I recently rented vehicle through the site and within a few clicks of the mouse and it was done. Received Confirmation of Hire email almost instantaneously. I would recommend that you use Bingo Car Rental whenever you planning to rent a vehicle.
Car rental in Perth
Car got good mileage for the type of driving we do. Easy to handle. Pickup was easy. Drop off was difficult. No help. they were at the other counter in a different terminal. Did not help that it was raining and the drop stalls were furthest from the terminal. No one to help drop off. Had no idea if turn in was correct. But since there was no charges to the security deposit I guess everything was OK. I did not get a confirmation via e-mail.
Frustration in Bari
When we made the original booking we believed we had paid an additional amount to hire a satnav. On arriving at Budget Car Rental in Bari, Italy we were informed that we had only requested the satnav but not paid for it. We had all the paperwork for Budget but not the original paperwork from Bingo Car Rental which had the amount listed. The lady at Budget refused to give us access to the internet so we were unable to prove our case and had to pay again for the satnav, which as it happened had obviously not had the maps updated recently as it tried to send us down roads the did not exist or had been bypassed which caused us extreme stress and unnecessary delays. All in all I would rather go direct to Europcar.
Ease of access, straightforward and great to deal with!
We found the website easy to use and clearly laid out. We ended up going with Woodford Car Rental Co. who was unknown to us from Canada but they provided us with excellent service and follow up. The Bingo site was great, clear and so easy to use!!
Not brilliant but pretty good.
I found the experience of picking the car up and returning the car very good.
The vehicle itself was not really anything like I ordered but it was fit for purpose.
The standard of the vehicle was a little under good. I had a problem with the interior light coming on when driving which was really annoying during the night, so I removed the bulbs.
The car had a vibration when driving at motorway speeds and the wheel trims looked rough.
When first started in the mornings It was a bit unresponsive to throttle movement and it seemed that there was a problem with the fuel. It did clear itself after a while though.
My over all experience was OK but not good.
Avoid it!
* Reservation price don't matching with the real price (I msut to pay 100€ more for fuel when I have receipt the car).
* The car was an old model with a lot of problems (many crashes all around the car, bad engine setup, tired shock absorbers, tired seats and side-view mirror broken).
* Bad shape of baby seats (without isofix).

Reply from Bingo Car Rental
Great price, helpful staff.
Was a little leery, but the price was so good, I decided to go for it. I had several questions and requirements about/for the car, as it was a slightly complicated rental situation. It was easy to get Bingo staff on the phone to contact the car rental company in county for me to confirm the details and get the questions answered.
The price Bingo gave was honored and there were no issues with getting the car we were promised.
VERY EFFICIENT!
All went perfectly, no cues, no waiting, car as we wanted.
Personnel very firendly and imformed!
