us compelled to buy an insurance and frightened of penalties, upon anything similar wasn't! when we handed over the car, your employee was very friendly and we left to your company the car seat for the child. when we took the car, the employee awfully boorishly behaved, frightened of penalties if we don't buy an insurance (though we brought the deposit of 500 euros).

We found Bingo CarRental on the net, and it turned out the best deal on a rented car for us. When we picked up the car, everything was ready and we were given a car one or two classes above the ordered one - without extra charge. Dropping off was just as painless.
In this case, Bingo worked with Avis Car Rentel in downtown London, Canada.

I picked up my mid range car at phonix Arizona and I had no problems..altho a very small complaint the person showing me the car I feel could have shown me moreabout the gps and the car etc he just gave me the key and said go for it..as I am from new Zealand I couldhave done with a little help as the steering wheel was on the wrong side !!!..but apart fromthat it was a great xperiance ihad no probs with the car and it was hassle free and upon giving the car back in san fransisco it was hassle free and very quick....great price for the rental also ...very good experience overall

Had a few question as i wanted to pickup the car from Schiphol Amsterdam and drop it of in Brussels . One of their customer service rep got back to me (Lady name Becky) with answers within 2 hrs, and offered me even better and cheaper deal (for a Mercedes Vito) then i intended to purchase. Car was new! (taken from Hertz) only 4,000 KM.
All in all, great experience!!

After booking I had some questions because the information on the site was not 100% in line with the final contract. This was solved in a quick and pleasant way by which was shown the respect of the customer. Because it was a bookin from Holland to Finland I found out that there was no international barrier vor Bingo Car Rental.

I had an amazing trip to the Italian lake district, and in the northen part the roads get tricky because the area is actually already in the Alps. When I planned the trip I was spending quite some time looking for an SUV that would do well in a unpaved road, not anything crazy. My research led me again and again to the conclusion that bingo car rental was giving me the best offer, quoting a great price for a Toyota Rav4.
When I landed in Milan, the car was perfect, the service was nice and I was glad I found this website. I used it again since in Canada, still the cheapest offer I could find.

The experience was a rapid transfer - I was however the only customer at the time. I was a bit perturbed by the person behind the desk simply stating "No chargeable damage to the car - sign here" and finding two dodgy marks on the car prior to departure which she quite happily added to her damage sheet. Also I asked for the maximum cover on the car at the time I booked it and was STILL expected to take more cover "as 3rd Party Cover is not sufficient" AND my documents from the "3rd Party" CLEARLY state that "you should ignore further demands for cover" - this is an industry-wide pain in the ass and should be resolved. The car new,clean on the interior and low-mileage Drop-off was in an UNGUARDED yard via key-safe.

Perfect service! I booked a 7 seater at Luton Airport, London in December 2012 and was very happy with the booking system, service and the car! This was by far the cheapest deal I found and I actually I came to the airport very late at night - but all the rental process went fast and was very efficient. Great rental service. TX
