Zudem bevorzugen wir den direkten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und nicht über eine Plattform. Bei Fragen geben wir schnelle Antworten und bei Problemen finden wir kulante und pragmatische Lösungen. Das Geschäftsmodell von Trustpilot ist nach unserer Meinung grenzwertig und das Scoring ohne Aussagekraft. Wir werden Trustpilot nicht bezahlen, um das sehr fragwürdige Scoring zu verbessern.
