Easy to use Bip and go. Only at some Toll Stations you must know "30km/h sign & a t" is your slot to choose, not the t without 30km/h.

Stay away. There are far more reliable alternatives out there. Don’t fall into the trap we did.
Bip&Go was a complete disaster. The tag barely worked in France, and once we crossed into Spain, it stopped entirely. We paid tolls manually with our card, only for the tag to beep after and charge us again — meaning we paid twice.
Customer service? Useless. They shrugged it off, saying anything outside France wasn’t their problem. No refund, no help, no accountability.
No tracking, no support, and a system that fails when you need it most. It’s a trap — save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Easy to order, fast delivery and worked flawless in France and Spain on my trip.

Een tolbadge van 2 maanden oud werkt niet meer.
mogelijke problemen niet aanwezig.
De service om het probleem op te lossen, is er gewoon niet; Weggegooid geld.
After review mail received with possible solutions, but these were already checked.
The badge has worked during may in France and Spain but now we have changed the certification certificate and it didn't work anymore. We did receive the confirmation and we checked the numbers.

Avoid This Company at All Costs – A Complete Nightmare to Deal With.
Signing up was deceivingly easy — it took me just two minutes to register and about four weeks to receive the toll tag. However, closing the account has turned into an absolute ordeal that could very well end in legal action, solicitor involvement, and potentially even debt collectors at your door.
While I will acknowledge that the tag worked fairly well in France (about 80% of the time), it completely failed in Italy during my journey from Genoa to Livorno, then on to Rome and Naples, and back again. This was during my trip in March/April earlier this year.
I initially set up a direct debit with Starling Bank, but for reasons unknown, every attempt at payment through direct debit was declined. Despite this, I made absolutely sure that every time I received a payment notification from them — often worded with threats and scare tactics — I responded within minutes by paying manually via bank transfer. I was meticulous in making sure that not a single euro was unpaid. In fact, I’d go as far as to say I was 101% diligent in keeping my account clear.
Then last week, out of the blue, I received an email demanding €30 for what they claimed was an unpaid invoice. Naturally, I asked for clarification. Within a day, I received a reply — in English — informing me that my account had been terminated and that I was being charged for failing to return the toll tag. I responded again asking why the account had been closed and what this charge was about, only to be met with a series of repeated, copy-pasted responses in French — completely ignoring my questions and failing to provide any useful information.
In an effort to do the right thing, I returned the tag immediately. It cost me over £10 to send it back with tracking, just to make sure they couldn’t say I hadn’t. But based on the many reviews I’ve since read, it seems inevitable that I will be forced to pay this unjustifiable €30 just to avoid further threats — or worse, legal harassment.
In my experience, this company is nothing short of a disgrace — disorganised, unresponsive, and shockingly unprofessional. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and their business practices are borderline predatory.
You’ve been warned. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere — there are many more trustworthy and transparent alternatives out there. Dealing with this company has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid them like the plague.

Good invention, worked fine, followed all instructions to use and how to store away. Just they advised me would work 3 years, did only work 2.5 years and off course when coming back from Spain to Belgium middle of the trip it failed. Website also gives when you send badge back you get money back. Did that, got confirmation they got badge but never saw any money back. When did send them email , their reaction was that I had to call a paid number in order to have it solved..... i am not going to be put in hold for 30 min so call costs more at the end than money would get back for the badge .

Absolute rubbish. It would not allow me to set up an account and nowhere do they publish customer service contact details

Using Bip & Go has been a complete waste of time. The tag did not arrive before we left the UK but I was assured by the company I could pick one up in person at one of their branches. I have now found out they are closed all weekend so I cannot do this. A complete waste of money and we will have to use a normal payment card like everyone else now as there are no branches anywhere near where we are going for our holiday.

Was a little scepticle at first, because of other reviews about positioning the tag on your window. But it works perfectly! Charges are visible in your account. I'm keeping this one.

Great experience. Used the service for a European road trip and was totally worth it to reduce the stress of travelling in France, Germany and Italy. We avoided queues on some tolls, even availed of parking, and it all worked seamlessly. We still needed a Vignette for Switzerland, but would highly recommend the service and not a single issue. Will use again next trip A++

I ordered the tag on 8 June for leaving the UK on 20 June. The tag actually arrived on 3 July and was therefore useless to me. I have had goods delivered from China quicker than that.
This is the worst customer service I have had in a long time and there is no option given for rapid delivery even at an extra cost.
Last year I got a tag from E-Movis in two days.

I am not sure because I have no visibility if the box worked or not at Italian telepass station. I am afraid to have not been registered. That makes me nervous what I have to expect when I am going home.

No tag recieved after waiting 21 days. It states 10 days overseas delivery form France to UK. No flexibility to pick us at closest shop to UK. Store closed until September. No way to pick up Tag outside of shop openings times. BIP and Go should be changed to STOP..

Avoid! Ordered device in plenty time for my European trip. Device still not arrived 15 days later. Asked for a refund only to be told to return device for a refund! Scammed of money for no service whatsoever.
If you don’t live in France then avoid and use another provider.
***There is no point in providing a link to cancel this service and that link says you must return the bip&go badge when the bip&go badge has never arrived!!! There is nothing on your website or customer service to help with this.
**IT IS A SCAM**
