I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a badge for delivery to the UK and provided a specific shipping address, but after waiting three weeks, I was informed by Royal Mail that my badge was sent to my billing address instead.
If a shipping address is requested, it should be used for delivery. This mistake has caused significant inconvenience, and I am now very unsure I will be able to recover my item.
I will be submitting a formal complaint, requesting a full refund and canceling my contract.

Easy process to submit your order, good follow up information and quick shipment.

Still waiting for my badge. Email said 10 days max. After two weeks phoned them and they said 15 days. When I contradicted this they put the phone down! Just received notification from Royal Mail that badge has arrived in UK. NO notification from the French. Two weeks and it's not left French soil despite being told it was shipped. Liars and inept, but why aren't I surprised. Their website is useless including contact pages which do not exist.
Update, got badge today. 15 days to leave France, delivered in one day by Royal Mail. Have received the usual AI reply to my Trust pilot review. Usual asinine content and pack of lies.

It took way too Long to send the package from France to Germany. It arrived 3 days too late

we bought our B&G pass in advance of our trip to france for delivery to the UK within the days indicated on their web site guidance.
It DID NOT ARRIVE before we left the UK.
we were away for 10+ days and on our return - the pass had STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
After chasing, they put a trace on it and it arrived a further few days later.
I complained that we had paid a subscrition to buy it - and couldn't use it plus we had to pay full rate in france on a pay as you go basis.
their position is that the UK post is not reliable and they will not refund any costs !
B&G chose the postal method and we could not influence that, we adhered to the guidance on their web site - the process failed, and it seems like it is at our expense. Absolute discrrace and scurrilous behaviour - if we were all in UK I could sue them for breach on a number of levels.
So cross and disappointed.
Don't be surprised to leave my comments on other website and feedback forums.
The B&G pass arrived 3 days after we were back in UK !
No use at all
And they won’t refund us anything at all - couldn’t be more rubbish all around.
Reading their reply - they broke all their own guidance and promises - and still take no accountability.
Total lack of customer service.
I am
Out of pocket
Out of patience
Spent time playing “ping pong” with this bunch of clowns
Be warned if you are considering B&Go

its literally impossible to get in touch with them. Links to an online form result in a 404 error, and pressing the contact page simply takes you to a FAQ page with no way to access contact details
My device failed totally on its third day of use - no way to ask them what the problem is
Also - problems with them recognising my direct debit details which may or may not be related - but reading trust advisor appears to be to do with UK bank accounts not being supported.

works fine everywhere except france !
only read < 50% of the time
called for help , told it won't work because of camper windscreen
the real reason of course is everywhere now uses ANPR , france continues with old 1980/90's technology
told , nothing more we can do ,
tried to cancel and met the usual stoneage french system of letter recommonde with a begging letter
in the bin it goes , followed by dispute with my french bank to stop annual rip off ( who also thinks is 1853 )

To start with everything was great. Lower costs, good app, easy payments.
But then, for no apparent reason our payments weren’t going through. We made sure the account had money in it, we asked to make a one off payment to clear the debt but were told this was not possible. This went on for months and despite our best efforts the company didn’t seem motivated to help resolve the issue. Typical French customer service of “the customer is always wrong” they blocked us out of our account. Refused to engage and demanded we return the tag with signed for delivery. We did so and included a letter, in French, asking how to pay. They acknowledged the return of the tag but made no reference to the letter.
Instead we had an email from seemed to be a debt collection agency. At which point we were able to make the payment some six months later.
I’ve never been in a position where a company or business didn’t want to or weren’t able to take money I owed them. Their customer service was abysmal. W rate going back to our old tag company, it’s a bit more expensive but in the four years we had it we never had a single issue.
Probably best avoided as there are better more competent providers out there.
Update. The reply they have given is proof of poor service. We made repeated efforts to pay the bill, which for some reason they were too incompetent to take. Then they terminated our account. We returned the device, which they acknowledged the receipt of, which contained a letter, which they ignored.
We paid in the end through a debt recovery company they employed. So best avoided if you don’t want debt collectors at your door for money you’ve begged to give them.

Due to work commitments, I wasn’t able to respond to their email earlier. Unfortunately, my attempt to reach out had no effect. They refuse to activate my account, even though I have already made the payment. I was politely asked to return the badge at my own expense. I responded by saying they’re welcome to retrieve it from the trash themselves.

The badge worked well but it was impossible to set up my (Starling) bank account for direct debit - their website kept resolving the wrong codes for Starling. I informed Bip & Go but they didn't help at all. This meant that every month, I got an email telling me I hadn't paid and so, I settled each month using my credit card instead. On the 3rd month, I was overseas so didn't pay until about 2 weeks later. They killed my account and demanded I sent the badge back - that cost me about £15. Throughout this process they completely ignored every message I sent explaining the problem and asking for help. Very rarely have I experienced such horrible customer service - won't use them again.
I used Bip&Go back in 2015 and it worked well. Unfortunately Brexit has happened in between which means UK banks do not agree to SEPA direct debits in Euros to French banks.
I bank with two well known UK banks. Despite accepting my initial order they then insisted I submit different bank details when the first bank wouldn’t conform to their debit account requirements. This is when I found out that probably few if any banks in the UK will do this. I then had to return the tag which cost me £10. So all in I’m down £23 ish and nothing to show for it. Bip&Go should state their service is really not suitable for UK residents. I have now sorted another tag with Emovis which have a more friendly UK banking service.
Top Service, good product for the countries I am travelling by car normally

I purchased a pay as you go tag for our travels to France in 2022. The last time we used the tag was Oct 2022. In March i noticed an amount for £66 debited from my account. I sent several messages on their website explaining that we have not used the tag since 2022 i could also see that there was another invoice for £66 due in April. I got no help, support or any form of customer care or service just basically telling me i had to pay. I contacted my bank who cancelled the direct debit as fraud (which its self took some work as not set up like a traditional direct debit) They are now remanding i pay the £66 and another £30. No empathy for the fact that i did not make these journeys. I asked for photographic evidence of the car used to prove that i no longer own the car but nothing. I have sent around 10 messages and not once has the matter been resolved. This is some of the poorest customer service i have ever received and would not recommend using Bip & Co.

EDIT After leaving my review we unsurprisingly received an email response to my many chasers for the units. They were miraculously dispatched the day I left my review (21 working days after I initially ordered them and we were given an actual working tracking number) they were received the day before we travelled and worked perfectly whilst away. If the communication was up to date and honest and the dispatch of the units was when I actually placed the order there would have been no issues.
We travel in two days and have paid for two Bip and Go tags for two vehicles back in April. Neither have arrived. We have been provided with a tracking number that doesn’t work and have been charged for a product that hasn’t been received I would not recommend at all

I you live in the UK and are planning to go soon to France using a Bip & Go badge I recommend using emovis to order it from. Their website is much easier to navigate and they have a UK call centre. I signed up with them and then my badge arrived the next day registered post.
If you order it from Bip & Go France it may take ages to arrive or not at all - like a lot of the other reviewers have mentioned.
If you live in France it's probably not a problem to obtain the badge easily.
You have been warned.
