We worked with Colin Stewart to create a subscription that worked for multiple license holders, spending time on tailoring our profiles to provide targeted tender alerts. We use the market intel and spend analysis to better understand our position in the market and to track contract developments.

The only business to business portal you should choose in the UK, the webinars,the training, and a dedicated account manager were all top drawer. No other portal investigated came anywhere near. Every member of staff talked to gave the same high market intelligence intensity vibe. It worked first time used. A blue chip client asked for our marketing information within minutes. I have been using the Delta e-sourcing tool for over 12 years. It is easy to use, reasonably intuitive (there is always something but then I am quite old!) and is good value for money. We can feedback tweaks and improvements via our Account Manager and these requests usually happen.

Overall it is reliable and the Helpline really is!

Delta eSourcing is relatively simple, intuitive and easy to use, which is important in an organisation with a devolved procurement regime. The live chat facility has been a very effective way of resolving queries, even in lockdown. It's pretty reliable, too.
