North Norfolk District Council - We have successfully used the delta system for the last 2 and half years, using both Tender Boxes and Quickcall. The system has proved very reliable and benficial, the helpdesk are very quick to resolve any issues that we may have.

SCAM ALERT
Same as most people on here really. You assume the service is for 1yr they renew it as they know most people have overlooked the rolling contract small print and they come after you for the money. It is a modern day SCAM COMPANY. They threaten you with court. We are happy to take them to court and counter claim.

Hi Ebrahim. I'm sorry that this is your view of our business; however, we are absolutely clear about the terms of our subscription from the very outset. The terms are explained during the sales process and in the terms and conditions that must be accepted by customers before access to the service can be granted.
In common with many other subscription services - within the business and consumer environments - rolling (or auto renewal) subscriptions exist to ensure continuity of service. For services like ours, which provide dynamic business intelligence and contracts information, such continuity is essential to ensure vital opportunities are not missed because a customer has mistakenly allowed their subscription to lapse. The majority of our customers are happy to have auto renewal in place for exactly this reason.
Those who prefer not to auto renew can remove this option at any point in their subscription term prior to the renewal date. It is regrettable that we are in this situation and we hope that a positive outcome can still be reached.

We have been running a campaign with Stuart since February this year, the first online one we have done, and the success has been really encouraging. Our email campaigns have bee linked with online ads and have driven increased numbers of visitors to our website. Not only that, but the emails have created around 30 warm openings with organisations.
