... Bird & Co were always pleasant prompt and professional in my dealings with them. Everything was done remotely (online/phone/post) and this proved to be no problem whatsoever, though at the document signing stage you will need access to a printer. I was assigned Sarah Watson as my conveyancer and she and her team were superb in getting us across the line, thank you all very much. I really have no complaints and would not hesitate to use them again. 5 stars from me, for sure.

Very approachable and helpful

I recently used Bird & Co for buying my house, and I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. They were consistently responsive, replying to my emails quickly and keeping me updated throughout every stage of the buying process. They were proactive in chasing things up when needed, which really helped the whole transaction run smoothly.

Their pricing was explained clearly from the start—no hidden surprises. Although they are a bit more expensive than some competitors, I’m genuinely glad I chose Bird & Co. The quality of service made the extra cost absolutely worth it.

Their online web progress tracker was also very helpful. It kept me informed in real time and gave me peace of mind throughout the process.

Even when my case handler changed partway through, they handled the transition exceptionally well. I was informed promptly and kept in the loop, which gave me confidence that my case was being managed professionally.

The only improvement I would suggest is regarding phone communication. At times, it was difficult to speak directly with my conveyancer, and the receptionist often mentioned they would ask them to call me back—but I didn’t receive those call-backs. However, I always received timely responses via email, which helped keep things moving.

Overall, I would definitely use Bird & Co again and will be recommending them to friends. Highly recommended!
