Excellent service from Sebastian and the team - both in terms of advice, empathy when things don’t go to plan, any questions that you’d like timely answers to, doing the whole ID, funds verification process, which can be onerous at times and always having good comms with confirmation of next steps etc. they make use of automation where it’s helpful (digital forms and apps etc where appropriate to streamline) l’d definitely recommend them for any conveyancing needs.

Awesome company - picked up on all the details and got me out of a house purchase that had clear issues. Found another place and all sorted. Good pricing too.

My experience with Bird and Co was nothing short of excellent. My primary contact, Chloe Bailey, went above and beyond to steer me through the extremely complicated process of buying a house in UK whilst still living in Crete, Greece. In difficult circumstances she dealt with all of the complex requirements within that process, and dealt with my many queries and frustrations expertly but with patience and compassion. I cannot speak more highly of both Chloe and the firm.

The Lincoln team (namely Dale, Sarah, and Naomi) have been faultless. They respond quickly and are thorough in their reports.
As first time buyers, we were terrified by the stories of slow solicitors that never reply, but we've had the opposite experience with Bird & Co.
Earlier in the year, we were trying to buy a different property that ended up falling through. During the process, Dale took the time to call us and explain certain legal clauses with no bias and no pressure to continue with the sale (despite operating as a no sale, no fee solicitor).
In our recent successful purchase, they continued to be communicative and speedy.
