I just received my Seiko 6139-6002 "Pogue" today, after looking for one for a long time.

The market for these watches is flooded with ones with non-Seiko aftermarket parts (mostly dials and bezels), so getting one in original condition is pretty rare.

An all original watch in decent condition that has been recently serviced like the one I received is even more rare.

The watch works perfectly, and keeps good time, and is in great condition for a 46 year old watch.

My watch arrived very quickly, and was well packaged. I would highly recommend Birth Year Watches, and I'm sure I will buy more watches from them in the future.

I come from Italy. I was able to contact Scott via instagram to ask him if he would be interested in buying my rare 1983 Seiko. He was very friendly and patient with me. I'll be honest, when he offered me to ship the package first and that I would receive payment via paypal only after the package was unboxed, I was a little perplexed but I still wanted to trust him. It took a while to wait for the package but it finally arrived. He kept his word. Once the package arrived he sent me photos of the watch and he paid me immediately! Really professional person! Too bad we live far away otherwise we would have done so many other business together!
