I think the biscuits were beautiful and tasted terrific too. Only downside was the pretty tin arrived dented (probably due to poor handling by the delivery service). A great purchase overall.

After several great experiences, I was met with poor service following a website error. After adding a discount code the delivery address was amended without any acknowledgment.
Minutes after the order was placed I contacted the company, who didn’t respond until after the order was despatched and all I got was - sorry too late. No aknowledgement of the error or even offer to investigate.
Won’t be coming back.

I received this as a gift. It was my first exposure to the Biscuiteers. The beautiful box promised a treasure inside. The biscuit was so pretty and personalised that I felt I didnt want to eat it but my nephew (who gifted it) insisted that I did. And that's where the illusion of the perfect gift ended. I only ate a corner which was dry, and tasted stale - urgh! I wont tell my nephew because I dont want to hurt his feelings but it was a real disappointment.

I ordered a gift from Biscuiteers for a friend’s 50th birthday and the experience was extremely disappointing.
Royal Mail attempted delivery on the Monday (her birthday) but my friend wasn’t home. I then received a message from Biscuiteers saying Royal Mail would attempt delivery again the following day, so I asked my friend to make sure she stayed home to receive it. The biscuits never arrived.
The only reason I realised there was an issue was because I checked with my friend and she confirmed nothing had been delivered. I tried calling Biscuiteers but couldn’t get through to anyone, so I emailed them again. They only responded two days later and simply told me to contact Royal Mail myself to arrange redelivery.
For a company positioning itself as a premium gift brand, I expected them to take responsibility for resolving delivery issues with their courier rather than pushing it back onto the customer.
Ironically, the person who finally responded to me had the title “Customer Happiness Manager” — but there was very little effort to actually resolve the issue or help in any meaningful way. I was far from happy with the service.
The gift that was supposed to arrive on Monday finally turned up on Saturday — a delay of five days — by which point the special occasion had long passed. A very poor customer service experience overall.

I should have read the negative reviews more closely. Yes, Biscuiteers will no doubt flag up that I did make an error in the postcode of my order . Apple sometimes picks up and pre-empt your address. I thought I changed it but part of the post postcode remained incorrect… However the actual address name town and everything was 100% correct. This caused raw mail to not be able to deliver the item that I’ve ordered for my niece’s 21st birthday. This company were less than sympathetic from the outset. It was very difficult to get hold of them their communications were lacking. I have no idea what your actual project would’ve ever been like as I’ve lost my £16 and my niece’s 21st birthday chocolate treats. All in all a complete disaster I’m afraid I won’t be using them again. I’ve used the sponge.com cake card company or many occasions and this one has been brilliant. So I suggest people look elsewhere if you want a reliable gift delivered on time to the correct address. What a shame it could’ve been a great gift. Sadly it was a waste of time and a waste of money.

I started my order online, halfway through I remembered I had an account with them so I signed in. The order went through but on the day it was supposed to be delivered, Sat 28th Feb, I received an email from Biscuiteers & Royal Mail saying there was a problem. Biscuiteers’ message said they would respond as soon as possible on an automated email. Digging deeper with Royal Mail it seemed like the Flat number was missing - this must have occurred when I signed in to my account but I know I added it at the start of the order. I thought I had managed to re-arrange the delivery for Tue 2nd March with RM & even got a reference number but nothing was delivered, again! I emailed & called Biscuiteers only to be met with an over cheery message saying at busy times it might take longer than 24 hours & I could email or leave a voice message, I’ve done both quite a few times now. Meanwhile, I tried to track the parcel with RM only to be told it was returning to sender - even though I had updated the address. So, the special birthday delivery was missed, no contact at all from Biscuiteers. I am going to claim a Chargeback from my credit card company. Biscuiteers have really let me & my daughter down but they keep sending me marketing emails & even asked for feedback on my last purchase! I sent feedback twice in the hope it would trigger a response. It feels like they are going out of business & I want a refund. I would not recommend this company.

The saga continues. My goods were not delivered on time and consequently not received by the recipient. Biscuiteers continue to respond to my complaint with a repeated AI generated response and not utilise a human being to deal with the issue. Somewhat similar to the daily (sometimes twice daily!) marketing messages you receive. I have now challenged the payment through my bank but it shouldn’t have had to get to this. Terrible service, do not recommend.
I purchased the gingerbread house kit for my daughter and I to put together this Christmas. We were genuinely excited – the photo of the finished house looked beautiful.
When we opened the box, though, we were really disappointed. There were nowhere near as many decorative items as shown in the picture. Only one colour of beads, very limited icing, and the instructions were pretty light-touch – basically “look online for inspiration.” Looking online doesn’t magically give you multicoloured sweets.
The end result was a bit of a flop, and for the amount of fiddling involved and the price we paid, it just wasn’t that fun. The tin isn’t particularly reusable either – who really wants a tin that says “DIY Gingerbread House” on it year-round?
For nearly £40, I’d honestly say buy the ingredients yourself and have a giggle doing it from scratch instead.
I did email them to give feedback (hoping they might try to make it right), but was told there’s a photo showing exactly what’s included – so essentially, more fool me.
So make sure you’re happy with the actual contents listed, not just the styled photos of the finished result.
Biscuiteers are a wonderful company and the biscuits taste delicious many thanks

Order all the time, we love these biscuits! Always great as a treat for a celebration treat
I know these biscuits had had good reviews from others but I can’t agree. They tasted horrible but maybe eating them isn’t the point! They were worse than tasteless, they just tasted of the sugar in the icing. No attempt had been made to add any flavourings to either the biscuits or the icing. How easy for example would it be to add some lemon or some ginger. We ate the two boots but will throw the other two biscuits away.
And I was totally shocked at the price. £25 for four tiny biscuits. They were a present.
Only good thing to say is that they were nicely decorated.
Unique, tasty gifts. Always a prompt service and excellent customer service. Pricey but special.
One star deducted for the terribly high price? Amazing biscuits and they are beautifully decorated but I wince at the cost. Treats and special occasions only.
I ordered a tin of their biscuits for a Christmas present for friends. I ordered it on the 7th of December - plenty of time. It never arrived. I complained and they said they would re-send it. This was on 2 January. I received a confirmation email that the order had been processed and would be delivered on the 8th. Not as good as having it arrive at Christmas but better than nothing. Alas nothing is what I got. When it failed to show up five days after the delivery date I complained again, but this time I was told that it had never been shipped because they were out of that particular tin. No mention of the fact that they’d confirmed the order. Just that they didn’t have any. If this really was the case, they never offered any alternative product nor did they make any effort at communication but kept my money until such time as I complained. The extent of their apology was the usual corporate speak email from their “Happiness Manager” apologising fir any inconvenience.

I entered a competition at the beginning of December and since then have received two marketing emails every single day since.
There is no option on the emails or on the website to limit the number of marketing emails you get, so I unsubscribed.
It made no difference - still two a day - so I emailed asking if there was an option to limit emails to maybe once a month. I received a chirpy but unhelpful reply saying that they had unsubscribed me.
I have marked their emails as spam and they are still sending them, filling up my spam folder with two emails every single day!
I would have been interested in an occasional email, I might have ordered, but I wouldn't now!
They are pestering me, the response to my questions was that they unsubscribed me, but the unsubscribing (theirs and mine) hasn't changed anything. It's been over a month since this started and this bombardment of emails hasn't stopped.
There's no way I would order anything from them now - how many emails would I get then??? Should have known better than to enter a competition which was just an excuse to get my email address. Did anyone win anything? Why bother bombarding people with emails when it just drives people away?!
What pointless, idiotic nonsense. Wish I'd never heard of this company.

Spend your money elsewhere.
We spent over £2k on corporate christmas gifts ordered 18th december on a guarenteed next day delivery. some still havent arrived today 12th jan. They refused to refund us.
I was given a gift box of four small gingerbread men for Christmas with a best before date of 22 May 2026. They were purchased in early December. I opened the box today (early January) and I have to say that I was very dissapointed. The biscuits looked lovely, however, they had gone soft and had very little flavour. In addition I feel they were very expensive at £25.00 for the box. Would not purchase myself based on this experience.
Order made in September for item due to be delivered for gift early December. Never sent and no refund.
After about 20 messages left over several weeks, no one answers calls or replys to messages left, I finally called the order line and managed to speak to someone rather than leave another message. To say they have been busy due to the festive period is no excuse for total lack of communication! I can only presume they must be holding on to lots of money that people have paid for items never sent. Item now finally showing as cancelled but still waiting for refund.
Truely dreadful.
