Bitbns does not allow to withdraw from my account to my wallet, everytime I try to withdraw it gets automatically cancelled, It's extremely frustrating, I have no option but to sell the coins and withdraw my amount

There are some happy customers till they deposit and invest money in BITBNS however as soon they go for a WITHDRAWL their money, they get shocked when come to know that there is NO instant withdrawal and Normal Withdrawl will take 15-20 working days (but they take way much more than that) those happy customers will instantly change their review. Our hard-earned money, if we are not able to withdraw when we are in need then what kind of business they are doing? And why are the Regularity Authorities of India Not taking strict ACTION on it? It's a BIG NO-NO to INVEST in BITBNS unless you are ok with WITHDRAWAL delayed for 3 months or so. My WITHDRAWL is STILL STUCK with them for more than two MONTHS now as of today did not even get my email reminder reply yet. I am continuously chasing my money by emailing them as there are no PHONE OR MOBILE numbers to call BITBNS customer care services. If anyone has their contact numbers then kindly reply to this review. On email, their customer care is advising or we say in a soft way insisting me to CANCEL my WITHDRAWL and convert my withdrawal money to USDT from there I can transfer to another wallet or so. This means BITBNS is getting 2 more opportunities to squeeze our hard-earned money through conversion and transfers, both of which will be charged. I believe it's their duty to support the withdrawal of our money at least in a day or two. There are some Crypto exchanges in India serving well in this regard. If you want to deposit in BITBNS it will be done in minutes but when you attempt to withdraw they are taking at least 2 TO 3 MONTHS. Why our Gov. of India is NOT taking action on such genuine cases... why ???? There should be some strict laws on this. We all are taxpayers and even pay these exchange companies all charges for their services but if they are not providing basic services then what?

I agree Bitbns have good mobile software and a good few internal programs on trading for which I enrolled but in the end, what a customer needs is the basic requirement which is the easy deposit and easy withdrawal if it's not fulfilled then what is the use of it? I had high hopes for BITBNS !

Worst Service of Withdrawals. From Last 1 Year There Instant Withdraw is Paused. If You want Money in Emergency then You will have to Request for Normal Withdraw. And Normal Withdraw takes 14-21 Bank working days. Deposit can be done within a second but Withdraw is Punishment for Your Investment and Trust.
Strongly recommended that don't open Account with BitBns and don't invest. Go to other Firm. I have sent withdraw Request on 11th Oct , but today 21st til I have not got Money. May be I will get this after 10-15 days. In emergency this company is not helpful for anybody. REALLY WORST WORST WORST Withdraw Service.

Bitbns worst withdrawal request i placed several mails to them but not get withdrawal amount in my account . I told them Its an ( Emergency ) even then didn't make. I placed a withdrawal request on 1st august 2022 but till 19th oct 2022 didn't received my amount . how can anyone trust on them . I suggest the founder of Bitbns pls rectify your withdrawal request just because of this kind of service The organization losing their trustworthiness

Getting an error message when trying to make a very small withdrawl (under $1000). Customer service not answering. Good I only put a small amount of bitcoin into them for testing. If they already scam you for $500 or so I would never trust them with high amounts. Stay away. All the positive reviews seem fake anyways

I had placed a INR withdrawal a month back but money is not getting deposited until now. There is no proper response from the email support either. No other modes of communication available.

Be very cautious with this crypto exchange. Support is useless and many people have lost their income. I lost my bns token alot when I did their fixed deposit plan to which I received no interest but my bns token which was charged alongside bnb is wasted.

My ticket number is ticket number 535091.
The company claims that my DAI cannot be withdrawn temporarily due to technical reasons, however, 4 days have passed from 6/16 to 6/20.
However, I am not sure if my DAI/USDT is being held in bad faith and I cannot withdraw my funds, if so I will file another review accusing them of maliciously withholding my assets

It takes almost 20 days to reach your bank account. be patient, any way me too was sacred a bit and all reviews. but finally the money reached. all my queries answered in no time. but I suggest to go for P2P via UPI for withdrawal rather direct bank withdrawal. This platform needs lot of improvement, hope they will do soon. anyway, I am positive.

Using them since 2016. They close and open the instant transfers as they please. I was ok as long as it was mentioned there but I wanted an instant transfer and it was available so I chose. They had a system glitch and that went thru as normal transfer. I emailed them, they promised they will expedite it and they didn't and sent me another email that it will be done in 7 days as mentioned on the app and then it's been more than 7 days, the transfer is still isn't here. Worst customer experience

Hello , this is my last resort to comment underneath the videos of crypto influencers to help me in this situation. BitBNS has stolen my funds , they are not replying to my tickets , emails and even blocked me from their official telegram group for asking questions pertaining to the status of my ticket. They are intentionally closing user tickets without addressing the issue and without the permission of the person raising the complaint. I had around 10-12k with them and now I think they'll probably getaway with stealing my funds. The situation is the same for most users on twitter and they have stopped responding to everyone who are talking bad about the exchange. Is it possible to lodge a complain against this piece of scum and help us get our funds back? The CEO gaurav dahake has expired from most popular Facebook crypto groups and not replying to anyone on twitter. They're probably pulling out an exit scam ; I have the necessary emails pertaining to the situation. Are there any BitBNS users in a similar situation like me

Scam app , all Admins are scammers they take mine 150$ and block my account.
