That's very cheap app I have not see they not do withdrawal and send to another account beware of this type of app it's very cheap I'll not use this app in future

I TRANSFERED MONEY TO BITBNS WALLET BUT NOT CREDITED FOR MANY DYAS. WROTE TO THEM AND GAVE ALL THE TRANSACTION DETAILS, NO RESPONSE. BEWARE OF THESE KIND OF APPS....

Fraudulent

Rude customer support team. Worst management. fraudulent behaviour - cancels the withdrawals without any proper explanation. Staff in telegram very rude and people use to beg to get their money back to the staff.
Full of bugs in website. Worst experience. the support is like pure unproffesional staffs. I withdrew all my funds and will never recommend

I depoisted money not reflecting in bitbns it has been 8 days..customer care not responding..raised ticket after 1st response there is no response..

Pathetic customer service.. they take more than 3 days to resolve issues with no revert to customer for long. Lost many deals due to slowness...
many time my withdrawals didn’t happen and then take it out from transaction history as well..no clue about our money then... very poor customer service & huge trading fee..

Deposited so much crypto and never got it, why the support system didn't help in any way

Bitbns have a worst support system. Its been 8 days my money is stucked while depositing into bitbns account by UPI. Claimed for money, there is no response, created support ticked there is no review. They are not resolving my issue yet. BITBNS people dont value CUSTOMERS.
This will the last trade and will withdraw all my deposits and i will not use bitbns again.

it is very very fraud company not a wayout to take your money back
do not trade on this you will loss all of your eanings
only reply came that support team will revert

I have been trying to withdraw my money from more than a month and have reached these guys out through every possible way but i haven't even received an acknowledgement from them which clearly means that the system makes their customers fraud by opening a way to deposit but closing all the ways to withdraw

What a worst support system bitbns have. Its been 3 days my money is stucked while depositing into bitbns account by IMPS. Claimed for money, there is no response, created support ticked there is no review. They are not resolving my issue yet. Why you people dont value customers.
This is my last time i am dealing with bitbns, i will withdraw all my deposits and i will not use bitbns again.

Do not put your money there it's a freakin scam. You can not withdraw at all. I have created 13 tickets and keeps on telling me out bank rejected.vwhen I called the bank they said there was never a transaction sent to us. My 1.5 lakh gone and now I am taking them to court. I had placed a request to withdraw my money from their Platform, bitbns, but it shows that the bank rejected the withdrawal and now the INR amount is not even reflected in my wallet. My money Just vanished in thin air.

I am having very bad experiences in bitbns trading .
When we try to buy we can not buy , when we try to sale we can not . The bid takes extra long time even days to take action .
Prices not responding on buy/sale . It is like there some kind of regulator who keep the prices opposite.
If we want to sale hurrily , we can not sale it . Even 20% up and down from low or high . There is some internal prices regulator. Regulator keep the prices and bid keep active .

I apologize for my last review. Withdrawals became smooth only after activating 2 step verification. I did it and took my withdrawal instantly into my bank account. Thanks a lot to Bitbns staff.

Poor service your when u upload your proof they rejected your proof and give you ans your id was used in anothe account and didn't give you any support 1254813 my account number

I am using bitbns and bitdroplet since Jan 2021
Pros:
1)Bitcoin & ETH SIP is good
2) Trading Platform ok not user-friendly
3)Instant deposit works fine within `1min amount will
be credited

Cons:
1) graphs is hectic nightmare.
2) Crypto withdrawal is worst, High Transaction fee and High deposit/withdraw limit.
3) Instant withdrawal chargeable and alternate days they will disable it.
4) Free withdrawal (NEFT) will take one than 1 or 2+ days which is worst. Even small trading platform will deposit within a day.
