There was a withdrawal from my account…
They cancelled my account, send all balances on 0 and said they took my money on "fees" because they said they couldn't contact me. I repeat: they took my money!

I wanted to open account to sell Ethereum. I asked them what are the guaranties and they answered "Luzerner Kantonalbank". I have called the bank to confirm that and after several minutes i got the answer that they are not affiliated, they don't know what Bitcoinsuisse is and that I am completely responsible for my actions. So I called back Bitcoinsuisse and asked why don't they have info about cooperation with Luzerner Kantonalbank on their web site (bank clerk checked, and found nothing) I had to wait on hold until the operator got the answer "Yes we are being backed by the bank"... Again I asked why don't they put that info on the web site, since it would attract more clients, she again left me on hold and came back with the answer "when you sign up, you will get the confirmation letter in which it is written we do have a cooperation with the bank". Basically they are just a bunch of people who have deleted all the data from WHOIS lookup (data that shows which company/person is the owner of the domain name), asking for your money/coins, have absolutely no guaranties and lying about having a bank as a guarantee/business partner.
Just AVOID.

I would personally actively encourage…
I would personally actively encourage people NOT to use BS.
Here are the reasons why:
- I deposited a small sum (£350) of BTC and it took them 47 days to process it.
- During this time, I twice emailed them to ask what was happening and never received a response.
- Eventually, by accident, during a different query, I managed to connect with a different manager and he was obliged then to acknowledge me.
- A major problem with BS is that the verification processes throughout are ridiculously long, laboured and cumbersome. Joining is only the beginning; if you want to send some crypto out of BS, the process is unbelievable; if you want to withdraw all of one crypto, the same problem. You will need A LOT OF TIME to process every such transaction and for every crypto, every exterior site and every exterior wallet.
- The above process is utterly ridiculous for small and medium-sized funds. If it was for higher-rollers (multi-millions) I could understand it.
- I sent a separate query regarding the withdrawal of my funds and again, after one week, no one had answered; it was only when I chased again that a manager instructed a junior to respond.
- I have had two other queries, regarding other transactions in the wallet completely ignored - no response ever.
- The only alternative to these time-consuming processes is that they invite you to sell your crypto or trade it (earning BS fees for doing so). So either way, they have you cornered.
I strongly recommend that you DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH BS. I believe that their processes are excessively draconian and that they are seriously understaffed.
Witnessing the mediocre to terrible feedback on TrustPilot, I am somewhat relieved that it is not just me suffering the trouble and anxiety (though I wish no one else was having to experience such things).

They don't even worth to receive a star. I have my coins sent because of the stupid methode to add a small amount of coins to sent with the amount you want to send otherwise they will not recognise that is your account. You can copy a past the amount that they give you (Bitcoin Suisse), but after the exchange you use to send the amount deduct the coins you want to send because they use as fee. So, the result you sent the amount will not much with there system (Bitcoin Suisse) . So, please try to get back the coins, it's my 5th days and still do not receive back MY COINS. FOR SURE I WILL NOT RECOMMMEND FRIENDS AND RELATIVE TO bitcoin suisse RATHER I GO SWISSQUOTE.

on May 30th I sent 0.5 ETH. The transaction has been received but is still in process (June 11). Despite the request both by telephone and by e-mail, I still have not received a reply. Otherwise it works well.
