Avoid

Avoid. Asked them to give me a refund as I found the same tyres cheaper elsewhere, been told that there is 20quid fee for changing my mind. Will never use their website again.

I order 1 tyre from black circles £261…

I order 1 tyre from black circles £261 on the day of fitting at mr tyre my nominated garage I decided to have two additional tyres fitted at mr tyre brought them rather than black circles and only paid £220 per tyre exact same tyre as sold too me by black circles so due to the massive cost difference il not use black circles again

Blackcircles have a seriously flawed…

Blackcircles have a seriously flawed business model. The facts are. I ordered 2 tyres - when they were fitted one of them was the wrong size. We did not notice for 4 months. When contacted they refused to take ownership and the fitter told me they had no way to check the shipping history. Blackcircles use the grey area between fitter and supplier to hide liability.

Tyre fitted to wrong wheel

The new tyre was fitted to the incorrect wheel. As I collected the car the fitter left for the day before I noticed. On querying this after the event with Black Circles I was informed that this was the tyre I had agreed to - which is complete rubbish. Why would I complain if I had agreed to this? BlackCircles are doing nothing to resolve this issue.
