Think hard about distance to fitter!

The link with Blackcircles was fine - no complaints there. However the garage fitted 2 tyres to rear wheels as requested and everything appeared fine, until I personally swapped these new tyres with the front ones 5 days later. There followed a horrible vibration through the car on reaching above 50-55mph. As revisiting the garage through Blackcircles meant a special round trip of 62miles I took it in to a local garage where they found at least one of the wheels incorrectly balanced, but they rebalanced both and the vibration immediately disappeared.
The moral of the story, it might have been better to pay a bit more for the tyres up front and have them fitted at my local garage?

Failed to deliver tyres three times as…

Failed to deliver tyres three times as promised and then after several communications, taking up even more of my time, failed to give me any compensation or a good will gesture apart from 15% of the next order...not sure I will be using them again, so I declined that!

And the reply below is another example of generic concerned and caring words but no action.
