Quick delivery and great customer service

The product was not delivered, but it was supposed to have been delivered.
After receiving an email from the shipping company asking me to investigate, there was no contact with them.
What happened after that? I emailed them and asked them to send me a picture of the item if there was anything wrong with the item that I received.
Is this an amateur job or did they just steal my money?

Very speedy delivery. Informed me when order had been dispatched. Great that there was absolutely no plastic in the packaging.

I had to call customer services to chase why my order was late, turns out it got shipped with their international courier. Have now called 3 times to chase where my order is with promise they will get back to me. I leave a few days and still hear nothing so I have to call to chase again. Couriers losing items can’t be helped, but good customer service can.

Blackleaf have a wide range of good quality and ethical brands.

Really easy and straightforward purchase from Blackleaf. The item arrived within the week, nit bad considering it came from Europe. Even when I had an issue with the delivery address, a quick phone call sorted it out, no problems.

I've been wearing a pair of Women's Howser II slippers since 2016. I wear them indoors all winter and often forget to take them off when I go out. In fact, I wore them all around downtown Toronto for four days in November 2018 because I forgot to change into my outdoor footwear before leaving for the airport (we were flying from NS for the visit). Not surprisingly, these slippers are showing their age. So I wanted another pair just like them and I wanted to buy my husband a pair. Unfortunately, Keen doesn't sell the Women's Triple Black Howser II anymore or the Men's Triple Black in my husband's size. An internet search brought me to Blackleaf and at first, I was dubious. But Blackleaf had the product I wanted at an excellent price so, after reading the reviews on this page, I bought them on January 9th. I chose the cheapest shipping option and the estimated delivery date was January 23rd. They arrived yesterday! They are the real deal. And they arrived in a small town at the far end of Nova Scotia, Canada, in just over one week. Canadian customers BE WARNED, I was charged $66 CAD at the door for duty and taxes. I was expecting this and during the ordering process, Blackleaf did warn me that this was likely. All in, they were still cheaper than if I had been able to buy them directly from Keen. Very pleased. Would not hesitate to buy from Blackleaf again.
