Popped in to look for a light walking jacket and was delighted by the range of stock. Do I got distracted but was able to find a great local jacket- RAB , thanks to the staff

We were looking for walking boots for our son, and the staff (two young women - sorry, I didn’t catch their names) were very helpful and supportive. They were really good at making sure they fitted, and friendly and patient throughout. Thank you for a very positive experience!

We had a great experience in store. Adam was very knowledgable and patient and talked us through everything.

I went in, looking for a pair of walking boots but totally ignorant of the different styles and qualities. I was approached by an assistant in a very friendly and non-pushy manner who helped me enormously, knew all about her stock, but still left me to make my own decision and gave me time to look around the store for other things. I left feeling happy with my purchases and the help that I had received. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who was knowledgeable, friendly and obviously wanted to help me.
