These guys are the UK distributor for Blackvue and any contact I have had with them (Jamie) in particular has been excellent, with quick replies and good turn around times. Be very careful as there is another reseller not distributor who uses Blackvueuk.co.uk as there website and people are getting confused by the imitator.

Bought a refurbished camera.
Started to malfunction, so contacted customer support in Lanark.
Returned the camera for repair, was contacted by the engineer who stated he was replacing the defective camera.
From me sending to them and recieving the replacement took five days, two of which was the weekend.
Absolutely superb service, great communication and I had a single point of contact. This is my third blackvue camera and I'm about to buy another for my daughter.

Spent £1200 for three items all on next day delivery, over a week later, still nothing, no communications from Blackvue, now trying to get a refund, not a very good business to deal with.
Bad, bad, bad, I have had 4 blackvue cameras and every single one has had constant problems, be it picture quality, sd related, overheating, firmware!!! To name a few! Never ever again do!!! Please do your research, you will find a horrendous amount of unhappy customers, I hope this save
Be aware that this company is NOT Blackvue.
They may sell Blackvue dashcams, but they are not BV themselves.
They use blackvue images on their website for the Batteries and SD Cards, but send a different brand.
6 months later the 3rd party SD Card is corrupting - they want me to pay £249.99 for a 256gb card... And the NEO6 battery pack they sent is barely lasting through the night.
I will not be using them again.
