I have been trying to contact this company since last Tuesday with no success. Online chat says someone will respond - nothing.
At least 3 emails - they say will respond within 24 to 48 hours - nothing. Even tried Instagram. So disappointing that quick to take orders but when customer service is required there is no response. Another lesson learnt to stay away from such retailers and stick to the tried and trusted well known ones. If I have no success I will send back the item I have (too large) to their address ..recorded delivery and hope that they issue me with a refund. Crazy the state return period is 14 days and there is no way to action this!

I ordered a cardigan in the sale. The quality is extremely poor - the zip is all wobbly and material is thin and almost see through in parts. I tried to contact Blaiz for a refund because it's not clear at all from their website how to return an item and there was no return slip in my parcel. They eventually responded with a generic "return requested" email.
Due to a family sickness, I was unable to return my order within the 14 day return window. I have tried to contact customer services to arrange a return outside of this window because judging by the lack of communication and customer service, if I return it without notifying them, it will not be registered and get "lost" in the system and I won't get a refund or credit note. As expected, I've had no response.
The item I purchased was around £80 so I'm not happy.
Obviously I won't be using Blaiz again and I do not recommend Blaiz at all.

Impossibly slow shipping and refund process
My order took over a week to ship and didn’t arrive in time for a wedding I was going to. I returned immediately and have now been waiting over two weeks for a refund. Impossibly slow! Sadly won’t be ordering again.

My last purchase with BLAIZ
My last purchase was a red guipure midi dress and it is incredibly impeccable and beautiful. I also bought the faux fur collar reversible coat and I'm just in love with it because is perfect for the coming winter! I have always had wonderful experiences purchasing through the BLAIZ website, the service, packaging, speed of delivery, everything is just amazing and whenever I need to return an order, I get a refund in less than 10 days. BLAIZ is definitely one of my favorite stores!!!
Horrific company
Horrific company. 2 days over the return policy due to 1. The returns slip not being in there when my husband went to post for me.
2. I had an awful sudden breakdown so was unable to process this as quick as I usually would. I provided proof of this and HO didn’t even bother to reply to 3 direct emails over about a 4-6 week period. I escalated to head office hoping for some common sense and some compassion after customer service was a ‘computer says no’. Hands down worse time of my life compounded with not being able to return a huge amount (£700+) of unwanted items. Avoid unless you know you want the article or can assure you’ll send back within 14 days - the bare minimum by law. Just an awful company with no moral compass. As someone who spends a decent amount on clothes, they’ve lost a potential v good customer.

Pray that you don’t need a refund!
Online order was delivered very quickly and wrapped up nicely. Products are good. But pray that you don’t need to refund any items. Their policy said the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed. Unfortunately the reality is they didn’t even process the refund after 14 days, only when I reached out to follow up, which again they failed to response within 48 hours as promised (wondering if their 48 hours is calculated based on 7 hours working day which would mean another 7 working days), and then I was told it would take another 3-4 days for the refund to reach my bank account. So all in all almost a month since I returned my order, I am still hundreds of pounds out of pocket waiting for a refund! So shoppers be warned, this is what you have to deal with if you may have to refund your order.

Something just doesn’t sit right with…
Something just doesn’t sit right with me about this company. Unsure what takes them so long to issue a refund for returned items. My refund took around 3 weeks and I have a feeling it would have taken longer if I didn’t send numerous emails. Even your biggest retailers action refunds within 7-10 days maximum so why is it taking this company so long. For this reason, I wouldn’t order again. I must also add that there is numerous reviews from other customers who have had the same experience. Such a shame that an action so easy as issuing a refund is knocking down your trust pilot score down. Perhaps re evaluate your returns/refund process that the person that opens the returned parcel actions the refund there and then.
