Great PM
I've had the pleasure of working closely with Anne-Louise Menta and she's been very kind at all times, detail-oriented, most helpful and with the attitude that we can make everything happen.
What inspired me to leave the review for her is that such an attitude has made everything much easier for both of us and it's been even fun along the way. :)
Now that we're approaching the end of our current cooperation, I feel the need to thank her this way, as it's the least I can do.

Happy resident.
As would be expected with such a large and growing development there have been numerous management issues. Louise Sims, the property manager, has been entirely up to the job and performed well. She has remained courteous and efficient even under pressure from residents.
When standing in for Mr Holmes running a residents meeting she remained unflustered when faced with technical difficulties and handled the meeting in masterly fashion.
Thank you Marta!
Being a new owner of a flat, Marta has been extremely helpful explaining all the operational information of the committee and future plans of the building. Marta is knowledgeable and efficient which makes a new owner like myself feel comfortable that we are in good hands. She was so kind and helpful, thanks so much Marta!
help
Grace from Blenheims was so helpful and polite. We’ve been very impressed by her attitude on the phone and willingness to help.
Just impossible to get a simple answer…
Just impossible to get a simple answer to a simple question. If it doesn’t suit, they just ignore you and fail to respond. So no, they really don’t represent residents in the way they claim.
Incompetent, not to be trusted.
Possibly one of the worst run, incompetent, negligent companies I've had the misfortune to deal with. We made countless WRITTEN requests to change our energy provider - they did nothing, blamed their broker and cost us thousands, then denied liability. Their communications and response times are diabolical. Their systems are slow, cumbersome and apparently run by monkeys. After we changed companies money disappeared - turned out they have made unauthorised charges for management "services" that were neither ordered nor approved. We are going to inform the property ombudsman after their "fake" complaints process has been completed.
Unprofessional responses to emails
Unprofessional responses to emails, if you get a reply at all. (The one reply I did get was about money owed to them). Forget about getting a call back from them, no matter how often you try to speak to someone helpful. Their fees are extortionate, and for things that aren’t even built on the estate yet. They have been taking money for 3 years, I’m still to see a refund. They “chase” issues for months at a time, it could have just hit a year, without resolution. Avoid like the plague.
KEEP WELL AWAY- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I would leave at minus score score but unfortunately this website does not allow it.
I moved into this property 18 months ago, and I should have seen the alert signs and ‘leave well alone’ when I saw the state of the building. It was if the property had been transported from Basra and plonked between two beautiful houses either side.
The flat inside was well presented with no apparent problems and it ticked all the boxes for me. Some 3 months into renting the flat that I noticed the damp in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Blenheims told all the owners of the 9 flats that the outside walls would be dealt with, and now 10 months have passed and we are still waiting for this urgent repair. Blenheims are sitting on all the money that has been paid by the owners with no sign that it will be carried out.

Avoid
Please avoid this company. Very poor communication. Never reply phone calls. All they care about is money.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!
I have dealt with numerous managing agents over the years and have never come across a company so unhelpful and difficult to deal with. They never respond to enquirers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Thank you note about Ms.Marta Szczepanska
Thank you note about Ms. Marta Szczepanska
I am one of the owners of a property at 42 Lansdowne Crescent Following the bad experiences with previous property managers , we had Matra appointed as the new property manager.
Thanks God with Marta arrival on first quarter 2017, the relationship with Blenheims changed for the best.Marta is professional, friendly ,caring .She is a good listener and has a genuine problem solving approach .She endeavours to do her best in finding solutions. In less than 4 months she was able to have the top floor owner undertake repairs in his and my property. This issue was outstanding for three years. Thanks to her communication and negotiating skills she facilitated constructive rapports between the top floor owner and myself while she remained always very professional.I am very grateful for her tactful and efficient approach.
She responds promptly to emails and always try her best to help.
I feel now reassured that we have such excellent manager.I would like to praise Marta for dedicating so much of her energy to assist the owners and in keeping the building in outstanding conditions.
She is for sure an asset to Blenheims!

Take weeks to reply to urgent issues
Take weeks to reply to urgent issues. Only ever provide quick, temporary solutions to major building issues. Whatever means they can spend as little time as possible providing a service. Will squeeze every penny they can from their annual bill, for what is very much a 1/5 star service.
Blenheims manage a private estate where …
Blenheims manage a private estate where I live. Communication is poor to say the least. The company as a whole is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Unjustified price rises with no published accounts to warrant the increase. Emails if you are lucky are acknowledged but not fully answered to the question originally sent. If your private estate appoints Blenheims be very careful. We accepted upon purchasing our property that an estate charge would be payable, although our property is a freehold. This annual rent was provisionally set at £150. An increase of this amount now sees the price rise to almost £250 annually. When we requested accounts to justify the increase and we have not be given sufficient information too which we accept that warrants the increase. (Bearing in mind general maintenance such a grass cutting and weeding throughout the summer was questionable). (Blenheims at this point will point out they only collect money) However, as we agreed to pay a variable rent upon purchasing we are legally required to pay. Seems Blenheims are fully aware of this and exploit it. Additionally, if you want to sell your property Blenheims request £200 so solicitors can have a summery of the properties account and any monies owed. Daylight robbery!
Avoid like the Plague
Do not reply to emails. Have to be continually chased to reply to emails and keep you updated on outstanding actions. Send unreasonable requests for payment without detailed receipts and unpublished accounts! Awful Company. If they are to be your new Management Company then run for the hills and avoid like the Plague!
