I cannot recommend Brian highly enough.

From the moment I first contacted him, he has gone above and beyond in every way. He has carried out a huge amount of work on my motorhome, including almost completely rewiring it, and throughout the entire process he has been professional, reliable, honest and genuinely caring.

What really sets Brian apart is his customer service. When an issue arose with my motorhome due to circumstances that were completely outside his control, Brian didn’t just walk away and say it wasn’t his problem. Instead, he went above and beyond to help resolve the situation and make sure everything was sorted properly. That kind of integrity and dedication is hard to find.

Communication has been excellent throughout. Brian has always kept me updated on progress and, whenever he says he’ll get back to me, I know he will. Sometimes it might not be immediately, especially when he’s busy carrying out work, but he always follows through and never leaves you wondering where you stand. If plans need to change, he’ll let you know, and throughout the whole process I’ve felt informed, looked after and confident that everything was in hand.

Because I am currently dealing with cancer, there have been days when I’ve been so exhausted that even holding a conversation has been difficult. Brian has been incredibly patient, understanding and considerate throughout. He has never made me feel rushed or like I was being a nuisance. Instead, he has always been kind, accommodating and genuinely supportive, which has meant a great deal to me.

Brian is a genuinely decent, trustworthy man who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, he stands out for all the right reasons. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who is skilled, reliable and completely committed to doing a great job.

Following another garage being unable to connect to my car to diagnose an issue, I phoned Brian who was able to help me the following day. Brian spent an hour looking into the issue on the car and was able to diagnose the issue and find a video showing me exactly what the issue was for when I went back to the other garage.
Brian then went above and beyond to help me when the other garage was unable to help for over a week, he contacted a garage he knew and arranged for my car to be fixed over the weekend and helped me book in with another garage for a repeat MOT.
I couldn’t recommend Brian enough, he is knowledgable and tells you exactly the issue with your car so you can ensure the correct issues are fixed. Thank you Brian.

Booked a home visit but never kept the appointment. Didn’t respond to calls or texts. My wife is a carer in the community helping vulnerable people, he knew this and the importance of her car to do her job. Shame on you!!! Low life.

I was very happy with the service I received from Brian, owner of BLF Auto Electrics in Bridgend, South Wales.
After leaving a message, my call was returned within an hour, and an appointment made for him to come out to give me a quote. He was professional and friendly.
(As a matter of interest, I had phoned three other companies on the same day, and Brian was the only one who bothered to get back to me! Nice to see a company with great customer service!)
