Damaged blind, poor support, and now no response

I placed my order on 16 July, but I am still left with a broken blind. The unit arrived damaged, and instead of replacing it or resolving the issue properly, Blinds by Post expected me to repair it myself by sending out additional parts.

Their customer support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor, the problem remains unresolved, and they have now stopped responding to my emails entirely.

I paid for a complete, working blind—not a damaged product that I would be expected to fix myself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blinds by Post.

Arrived on time and a perfect replacement for my slats

A courier error was dealt with quickly, with a missing parcel being replaced.

⭐ 1 Star – Stay well away

Very poor experience with BlindsByPost.

The first blind arrived damaged and significantly shorter than the measurements I had ordered. I contacted the company straight away but was then ignored for over a week.

When they eventually responded, a replacement blind had already been sent. Despite me specifically flagging that the original blind was too short, the replacement arrived with exactly the same problem.

BlindsByPost are now claiming that the blind has been made to the measurements ordered. It has not. I know what measurements I provided, and the blind supplied simply does not match them.

What makes matters worse is that there has been no offer of a refund and no offer to provide another correctly sized replacement.

Poor communication, two incorrectly sized blinds and no satisfactory attempt to resolve the problem.

Stay well away from this company.

My blinds was delivered in time and all of them fits perfectly.

Every thing delivered in perfect condition, we'll packed, fittment was easy.

The quality of the blind fittings is very poor. Spent £400 on two Roman 'no drill' blinds but so far they have slipped 3 times and my husband has now had to add gorilla tape to the fittings in order for them to say up but they don't look great. My living room blind slid right down on the window sill and smashed my ornaments in it's wake which I was very upset about.
The measurements were totally correct and the walls are standard as we are in a new build. The fabric just seems too heavy for the fittings which aren't strong enough to keep them up. Very disappointed and certainly not value for the money in our experience.

This is the second big order I've made and received with blindsbypost. As with the first Iam yet again extremely happy with the blinds and headrail supplied. Throughout the transaction I was kept upto date especially when the order was in transit. The transport logistic company used for delivery were also very informant and each package received was in perfect condition. Great job and thanks again blindsbypost.

Absolutely love the blinds. They were quick to deliver, good quality, fairly easy to put up (even on your own)
I had 4 blinds of various sizes from very small to quite large.
Seriously recommend BlindsbyPost...one more blind to go up yet!
