There news coverage is horrible and the app and website are super glitchy. Leadership must suck especially when they are so stingy on refunds.

Scammers hooked me into a subscription that I never asked for, and they refused to refund the money. They don't allow you to make any changes to the account online, and you don't even see your active subscriptions online. Be careful!

Did work for Bloomberg for their new Bloomberg Forge platform, the work was a banner advert in our sidebar and they said they'd pay us within 7 days and that was 2 weeks ago, they lied. I phoned Bloomberg, reissued the invoice via PDF for them and they still haven't paid, they emailed yesterday asking for the invoice that they already have and so I have had enough with these big companies believing they can do whatever to small businesss and get away with it.

I called this morning to book a simple repair for my washing machine, and it turned into a 1 hour and 30-minute nightmare. I was passed around from department to department, and every single time, they asked me to repeat the same information — name, address, model number, problem — over and over again.

It's like no one talks to each other, and nothing is recorded. The whole process felt like a loop of incompetence and wasted time.

To make things worse, after finally thinking I was getting somewhere, they abruptly cut the line.

No call back. No resolution. Just dead silence.

After nearly two hours of my day lost, I got absolutely nothing out of it — no repair, no confirmation, not even an apology.

Bloomberg, this level of customer service is not just bad — it's insulting. Sort out your systems and your staff training. People have lives and don’t have time to play phone tag with a broken call center.

Please avoid this Company as well as its products.

They charged me $29.99 for a subscription I wasn’t using and then refused to give any sort of refund. Terrible customer service. Be careful.

How about stay in your own lane and quit copy right striking people doing good work. If you're company released anything worth standing on you wouldn't have to dmca people in the first place. Good luck on the reviews :)

Bloomberg filed a falsified takedown for a documentary regarding a few seconds of fair-use content. Considering it is about the dystopian nature of our countries, we will not be supporting Bloomberg nor their content in the future.

They file false copyright claims against videos on Youtube. Unacceptable.

Horrible company. Funds antisemitic campaign of lies against NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani. Avoid at all costs.

They trick you and before you know it they charge you $150, without appropriate consent. They use dark patterns to scam you.

Customer support will answer that they can’t refund you, even though I’ve contacted them
right away.

I really like watching the financial news on Bloomberg TV but the new screen format is terrible.

The new format fills two-thirds of the screen with small text and only one-third shows the presenters. I can't even read the text without my glasses on. This format is okay for a website but terrible for a TV channel. I'm hoping they will change it back to how it used to be

Signed up because Bloomberg were advertising a sale on their subscription, turned out to be false. Cancelled subscription months ago but still being charged $50 a month. Do not subscribe.

The bias 'reporting' is getting old. Just give your readers the story without the twist. You aren't a true journalist community and your content has gone to the dump because every article has someone's bias written into it. Bloomberg is now on the same list as Fox, CNN and others. Complete junk.

You get tired of the bashing Trump. Quit your opinion and report financial news, how can you even talk trash about Trump every day when we just left Bidens economy!!! You mean to tell me you "economists" were happier and this country was wealthier under Biden? Shows your incompetency right there!! Just report don't include politics, shows you have no restraint and self discipline that you just can't stop bashing Trump.
