Excellent fresh flowers with interesting sculptural shapes and a range of scales.
Sometimes the bouquets seem a bit too similar and colour combinations very predictable often orange and purple in my experience....
I have used Bloomon now several times to send flowers to staff, friends, family and loved ones in Germany, UK and Belgium. Easy process to order and recipients were always happy with flowers, both quality and composition.
it might be nice to have cards to make a sad occasion, I have had to send a condolence card with the flowers once and the cards offered were not 100% suitable
Months after cancelling my account I logged back in to check an old invoice. 1 week later I received an email from DPD saying a bunch of flowers were to be delivered that day. Strangely, Bloomon had not sent me an email to say my account had been reactivated or to confirm an order had been placed. I immediately contacted them. They refused to cancel the order or refund me the money they had taken from my account. Very dishonest company.

Beautiful selection of flowers in each delivery. Every flower is different and beautiful. Much better value than from the supermarket.
Beautiful long stems of different variety at each delivery, long lasting and well blended. Love the surprise of what's in the box. Recently a couple of deliveries arrived in a not perfect shape but the flowers inside were still OK despite some evident bruises on the boxes. I would love it there was a way to reduce packaging of deliver in reusable boxes.

I can easily change my preference on size and put my deliveries on pause whist away on holiday. My husband knows i love flowers but not having to buy them himself is a perfect solution. What's not to love. I have all three vases too!
I really love the selection of different blooms…so interesting to watch them blossom and become something that I have never seen before. You have really opened my eyes to enjoy all the different blooms available, rather than just buying a bunch of roses.

On the rare occasion that the flowers have been damaged in transit Bloomon have refunded no questions asked .

The flowers are beautiful and a lot of the arrangement lasts 2 weeks, with a little care and removal of the dead.
Occasionally there’s a head missing, the box having got a bash, this is down to courier service rather than the company though.
I look forwards each month to the arrival of my magnificent flowers. Thoughtfully packet to arrive safely and fresh. They bring joy and much pleasure each month without fail.

The delivery was appalling
The case was smashed to a million tiny pieces and many of these had become lodged in the stems of the flowers. My partner spent an age getting these out so that she could keep the flowers.
Completely unacceptable.
I understand she messaged you independently on the 22nd and spoke with one of your staff. But they did not appear to be very concerned given the dangerous nature of the box contents.
I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription to change to another company with better logistics

Nice flower quality. Rather rustic and not a lot of variety in looks each time. But reliable.
Nice colour’s & combination of flower’s but a couple of the flowers were damaged/ wilted & didn’t recover once in water

Once a month I open the door to receive a beautiful bouquet that is just as stunning as the last but so totally different to the month before. The unique selection of fresh exotic and cottage garden flowers never cease to delight.
I usually LOVE my Bloomon flowers, and would have given a 5 star review, however my delivery last week (28 October) was disappointing. It included a lily, which I have asked to be excluded, and the rose in there has a broken stem.
Usuallly though, the flowers are spectacular!
