Entire staff and managers are so friendly.
I had the pleasure of being pierced by mel (i think their name was) yesterday and we talked a good conversation, sucks that it wasn’t any longer but it was very enjoyable. Every time i go there im always greeted warmly!!

I buy my hair dye from blue banana, I can get the colours and brands I love but at much better prices. The delivery was so quick too. Such a great company

Came in Monday around 3.30 and there were such horrible vibes coming from the staff. Not to mention how filthy the floors were; if you do piercings surely this is a health and safety hazard to have such a grim floor/shop? Staff on their phones and nattering away to each other, paid little to no attention to customers around

I ordered Doc Martens as a present which arrived with me really quickly and well packaged, unfortunately the present was unsuitable and I had to return. Great service and speedy response to refund. No hassle. Would definitely deal with Blue Banana again, 1st class citizens

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This is an extremely poorly run store. My daughter had a navel piercing and it was badly pierced plus got infected. Absolutely disgusting attitude from the piercer and the customer service is sub zero. They do not care about the customer and are not equipped to complete the piercings they offer. I know how damning reviews can be. So i do not write this easily.

Well what can I say today was an amazing experience, myself and my partner both suffer with stress related problems but a visit to the new Liverpool store was truly refreshing. The staff look amazing and have a love for the products, they are friendly but not intrusive and the whole buying experience was stress free and very pleasant. Not since the old days of Liverpool's Quiggin's have we felt at home in a store. thank you to all the staff. Tracy and Mac

Blue Banana (New St, Birmingham) are an amazing store offering ear piercing.

I called in on the off-chance of seeing if I could get my ear rim pierced and managed to get in straight away. The store assistant was very helpful, informative and gave me an i-pad for me to log my details, give consent etc.,

I paid £45 for a Crystal threadless labret 8mm. There are lots of jewellery choices for the piercings and I was very comfortable with the one I chose and had. I have an allergy to nickel.

Elizabeth O'Neill was the trained piercer and she was fab. Very reassuring in nature, listened to exactly where I wanted the piercing placed and marked the place accordingly, told me to take a deep breath/exhale slowly and within seconds it was done!

The room downstairs where the piercings are done is spotless, Elizabeth is covered accordingly, apron, gloves etc., Its very medically clean.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blue Banana and the team.....they were fab! THANK YOU.

All the staff at Blue Banana Bristol is so friendly. I got severed by Emily she is so kind and makes you feel confident before your piercing . I got my nose pierced by Miyles was very friendly and so helpful and made sure I was comfortable getting my nose pierced.
