I saw the holiday I liked on-line. But rather than book on line I wanted to speak to someone first to ask a couple of questions. Elle who took my call was very polite & answered my queries most satisfactorily.
I asked her to call me back in 48 hours while I made my decision. Which Elle did & the holiday was booked over the phone.
The price was less than the same holiday with other companies so I am very happy with Blue Bay.

Georgia was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our booking. We had pinpointed a holiday that we were interested in and she was able to make adjustments to the holiday to aid my disability.
She also helped to check her system so we knew it was the best holiday on offer for us.
We have booked through Blue Bay before, are happy to use them again and definitely recommend them

Requested specific international and internal flights as well as specific hotels.
Received a completely correct itinerary in a very timely manner with a very competitive price.

Always have a good experience when booking a holiday with Blue Bay, extremely helpful advisors, easy booking through them, everything explained and all paperwork sent either same or next day, also very easy to contact them for any after booking queries, I would have no hesitation recommending this company

I dont normally leave reviews but I did quite a bit of research as this was quite an expensive holiday and BBT were about 10% cheaper than anyone else . I spoke to Steph who was really helpful and knew her stuff so got our holiday booked and sorted in a few mins, I would recommend both Steph and Blue Bay Travel and will be using them next time.

Blue Bay are absolutely outstanding at understanding your needs, they are always a pleasure to deal with and I have been using them as my go to Travel company for over 15 years, I had amazing service from Louise and Ellie. The additional discount for parking through the Chairmans club is a welcome addition. Thanks again BBT.

We found Blue Bay Travel via Facebook. A quick call lead us to Tamzin the rep. She found the perfect holiday for us to Anelia hotel, Flic en Flac, Mauritius. The whole booking service went very smoothly, and Tamzin was a delight to work with. As for the hotel, I was a wonderful place to stay, especially with the upgraded ocean view balcony room. Totally recommend Blue Bay travel and Anelia hotel.

We recently booked a family holiday through Blue Bay Travel and I wanted to recognise the excellent service we received throughout what turned into a much longer decision-making process than we originally expected.

We considered several destinations and Georgia was consistently patient, knowledgeable and thorough at every stage. There was never any pressure to book quickly, and all of our questions — from flights and hotels to transfers, weather and room options — were answered promptly and clearly.

What impressed me most was her willingness to keep refining options as our plans evolved. Georgia took the time to understand what mattered to us as a family and provided honest advice along the way.

At the time of booking, Ellie took over and again was patient and professional as we made final adjustments to our booking even though prices were changing.
