We recently booked a family holiday through Blue Bay Travel and I wanted to recognise the excellent service we received throughout what turned into a much longer decision-making process than we originally expected.

We considered several destinations and Georgia was consistently patient, knowledgeable and thorough at every stage. There was never any pressure to book quickly, and all of our questions — from flights and hotels to transfers, weather and room options — were answered promptly and clearly.

What impressed me most was her willingness to keep refining options as our plans evolved. Georgia took the time to understand what mattered to us as a family and provided honest advice along the way.

At the time of booking, Ellie took over and again was patient and professional as we made final adjustments to our booking even though prices were changing.

In an industry where customer service can sometimes feel rushed, Blue Bay stood out for their professionalism, patience and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for expert travel advice and a personalised booking experience.

This is out 4th holiday with Blue Bay travel. Such competitive prices and every holiday has been amazing. They are always on hand to answer any queries and even when we couldn’t travel to the Maldives this year because of the Iwar situation, we were offered an alternative and received a refund of the difference. Would not hesitate to book again - I’m always telling people about Blue Bay because they deserve the recognition.

English speaking travel agent, who sorted out everything for me

I have been booking with BBT for over 20 years and have booked many,many holidays with them. I have also recommended them to so many people, who have gone on to book with Blue Bay.
Every interaction with them is a pleasure andthey never fail to find the best deal they can.

Friendly lady spoke to first. Georgia. but couldn't get hold of her after speaking in the morning and wanted to book our holiday We was upset that the price had gone up on the same day by £100. spoke to Lisa who was also friendly then .who told us it had now gone up £100
Not happy about this as wasn't our fault we couldn't speak to anyone we asked for a call back twice. I know it can go up because of flights but if we could have spoken to Georgia within half hour it would have saved us £100 ! Waited all day and we finally got through ourselves to Blue bay at 930pm.
