I started trading on this platform…
I started trading on this platform (Blueberry Market UK) on January 27. After only one month, the money in my portfolio disappeared. It was not lost through trading. Instead, it appears that money was transferred from my portfolio to someone’s cryptocurrency account. I have never had a cryptocurrency account in my life.
I first noticed a problem on February 27, when the money I attempted to withdraw did not arrive in my bank account. Since then, I have contacted customer service, but they have only said they are “monitoring the situation.” Until today, I have received no clear explanation, solution, or update.
This has been a very terrible experience for me. I trusted this company because it promotes itself as an award-winning platform with excellent security systems. However, what happened to my account makes me question how such a situation could occur.
I urgently request a clear explanation and immediate assistance regarding the missing funds from my account.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your withdrawal experience with Blueberry. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the distress this situation has caused, and we understand how concerning it can be to see a withdrawal you believe you did not authorize.
Following your report to our support team on February 28, we conducted a detailed review of the activity on your account. Based on our investigation, the withdrawal in question was requested through your Client Portal login and completed using the One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your registered email address. This security step is specifically designed to ensure that only the account holder, or someone with access to the account holder’s credentials and email, can authorize a withdrawal.
Our records also show that the withdrawal request was made shortly after a deposit was processed on your account. Upon review of your transactions, this deposit was prompted by your first withdrawal attempt via bank wire, a request that was declined due to "insufficient balance".
Additionally, the subsequent deposit and withdrawal via crypto originated from UK-based IP addresses consistent with previous access attempts to your account. No changes were made to your registered personal information prior to the transaction. It is important to note that withdrawals via cryptocurrency can only become available in the portal if a deposit has been made through that method. Once a withdrawal request is authorized using the correct login credentials and OTP verification, the transaction is processed automatically on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by our system.
Because the withdrawal request was authenticated using your account credentials and email-based OTP, this may indicate that your email account or Client Portal credentials may have been accessed by a third party. For this reason, our team has already recommended immediate security measures such as updating your email password, changing your Client Portal password, and reviewing the security settings of your email account.
We would like to emphasize that Blueberry takes all security-related concerns very seriously. Our support team has already shared the transaction hash and related authorization information with you so you can independently verify the blockchain record of the withdrawal. We remain available to provide any additional logs or information relevant to the investigation through our official support channels.
At the same time, we kindly ask that claims suggesting unauthorized access or security failures be supported with verifiable evidence. If you believe this transaction was not initiated by you or anyone with access to your credentials, we encourage you to provide any supporting documentation through your ongoing support ticket so our security team can review it thoroughly.
We are committed to resolving concerns transparently and fairly, and we will continue assisting you directly through our support team to ensure that all available information is reviewed.

Balance not Reset after payout/ Unable to trade
After a few Payouts, Got an Update that i can only use 1% Risk in my Live account and after getting payout after this… even after weeks they have not “reset” my balance and i cannot trade till that is reset.. I already mailed the team last week but they are only making excuses that our team is fixing it… But really nothing so far!!
