Easy to find location for pickup. Good customer service. They gave clear instructions. Easy drop off.

Quote and booking was straight forward. Collection of car and return was pretty easy as well. Car was clean and didn’t have any problems.

It was very easy to rent from Blue Car Rentals. The booking process was easy, and they were the best value. For all renters in Iceland, they charge for all parking at all park sites and waterfalls. Blue Car Rental should stress that you must pay online at all the sites; otherwise, they will send you the bill later with a significant service fee. We did most of them, but we couldn't find the site to pay for parking at two places and got charged online; Blue will charge your credit card plus the service fee. Also, do not park on any sites that are not marked for parking; they will ticket you and send you a ticket later; ours was $52.00. In general, their parking ticketing is very efficient in Iceland with camaras that track you coming in and out.

We used this car rental service during our recent 15 day trip in Iceland. Very handy and easy to pick up the car and drop in the car. Our booking came with a full insurance coverage, that made things even simpler. The rental company has a huge fleet. As we planned to drive the mount roads (F-roads), we booked a 4x4 drive vehicle.

At pick up I found the keys in the box that opened with the code I received at online registration, the car was ready and I obtained quick help to connect my phone to the car. In less than 20 minutes I was able to leave. The travel was uneventful and when on August 6th I arrived back at Keflavik, drop off of the keys was straightforward with a gentle employee who asked me if everything was OK. If I will need again to rent a car in Iceland I will surely return to Blue Car rental.

Experience was great. Pick up and drop off was super easy. The car ran great. The wi-fi service wasn’t working for me and I had no issues getting a refund for that add on. Overall great experience.

Rented a Renault Trafique for 6 people. It was clean and ran well. Smaller issues, but still issues were: The wifi rental was not in vehicle and had to go inside and wait in line to get it. Also, reserved early, though cheaper rental available 2 weeks before trip and had to cancel and rebook instead of Blue just updating the price.

Blue Car Rental was such an easy process. from booking to picking up the car at the airport, and return. Our experience in Iceland was wonderful knowing we had the right coverage incase anything were to happen. Defiantly will rent from Blue again.

The entire process was easy and fast! Self check out was perfect, and check in went smoothly. We enjoyed our trip without worrying about the right insurance coverage and took advantage of the WiFi hotspot!

Pick up/drop off was quick and efficient, and located in a great location just by the airport terminal. The car was clean and good quality, we had no issues throughout our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. The company being local gives peace of mind regarding Iceland's unique driving conditions. Booking was easy and quick, and a good price given the high quality of the service. Worth paying for, even though it is not quite the cheapest option on the market.

It was wonderful! So easy to just pick up contactless and vehicle was ready and waiting! Was immediately sent the inspection report to verify everything was good and what was already on vehicle to avoid any future issues. Easy drop off again contactless!

It was easy to book online. Picking up the car was just as easy and the staff clearly explained all options.

Blue car rental was great. The car was new and pristine on the inside. Everything was extremely clean. We will use Blue car again when coming back.

A simple and immediate booking process. Early check-in was extremely advantageous. The car proved to be exactly as requested and expected.

Although we didn’t opt for early check-in, the check-in process was very quick and the staff were very friendly and clear in answering all our questions. The car was roadworthy, although it had various scratches and dents and had clocked up nearly 200,000 kilometres. The return process was also very quick and, given the comprehensive insurance cover and the car’s previous condition, it wasn’t even inspected.

I appreciated the coherence and clarity of Blue rental car. His site web s rich in all kind of informations , rules, risks covered and uncovered. I choosed the complete insurance and I travelled so calm and relaxed.
The self check-in is easy, but close to the key box there is the Blue rental car Office and the staff was professional and polite. All went good!

We rented a Dacia Bigster 4WD. It was in great shape and was a comfortable home during the days while we explored the West coast of Iceland. It got good fuel economy and was a quiet ride. The pick up and drop off experience was super easy, staff were efficient and friendly. I would rent again from Blue.
