Great service and made setting up my site easy

Being an existing customer of Bluepark, we decided to move our limekitchenandbathroom website to them and are unsurprisingly delighted with the results.
It's a great move forward for us and we're confident that being on the BP platform will help us expand rapidly

I already had an e-commerce package and spent ages looking for the perfect alternative, Bluepark just about has it all !
I cant recommend them highly enough, there are so many features you get for free which others would charge for or require add-ons etc. The support staff are always there at the end of the phone and willing to help.

Excellent solution and customer service

Would like to give 5 stars but there is always room for improvement. Great e-commerce platform with plenty of additional choices to make when listing items and setting up the store. Have used other e-commerce platforms but would highly recommend Bluepark. Very helpful support team.

I found Cate, James and Liam very responsive and helpful each time my knowledge of web creation fell short of what was required. I am very pleased that I chose to subscribe to the Bluepark platorm.

Superb support - via email and by phone - during our rather protracted development period. Site has been live for just over a week now, and so far everything is going great! Moved our well-established site from Magento to Bluepark, due to the hope of better support and ease of use, and so far it hasn't disappointed.

Outstanding Customer service and quite happy with all the e-commerce features. Warmly recommended. The value for money is great too.

Excellent service very helpful for people like us with little experience setting up a website

I have had my site on a few providers, but moved to Bluepark a few years ago. Honestly I cannot say a bad thing. The thing that shines the most is the knowledge and willingness to help by the support team. I have never not been able to get someone on the phone at short notice and never had an issue that they could not resolve quickly. For me good support is the most important thing. And thats where the others I have tried failed.

I am not the most technical of people but i managed to build a fully functioning site, perfect for my needs in about 5 days of overall work. I am sure those who have a bit of technical knowledge would find it even easier. The customer service was excellent, as was the package price. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone who is either starting out in ecommerce or wants to improve something they may already have,

I've recently moved from ekm to bluepark due to the punitive increase in cost from ekm when your turnover increases. I'm so glad I made this move. Overall, I'd say bluepark is a more versatile solution and I've been able to implement some improvements that weren't possible on ekm. The support is excellent with fast, clear responses coming through with any questions you ask. If you're just starting out or have growing turnover, you know that you won't be penalised for being successful with bluepark. There's a 14 day trial period too so you have nothing to lose. I hadn't quite finished getting my website ready after the 14 days and requested another week to get ready, this was implemented within 5 minutes of me requesting it. On another note, anecdotally I think my website is now faster than when I was with ekm, this all adds up to a better user experience. Great work bluepark.

Very impressed indeed with Bluepark, extremely quick to get a very professional website up and trading, and the support from the team was everything you would hope for, James bore the brunt of my numerous questions and was really excellent, and Liam and Cate were equally helpful too.

We've been with Bluepark for a year now and its one of the best business decisions we've made. The platform itself is excellent. The service is exceptional. The business deserves massive success and we would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to succeed online.
