Without a doubt, one of the, if not 'the' best in choice of software to build an online sales business with in my humble opinion (And have tried quite a few over the years). Moving from another web platform is a complex process - we have thousands of products - with complex data requirements -and many users. We knew it would be involved, but Bluepark handled our move with a great deal of skill and perseverance. We had complex data from several sources which needed to be integrated in the process - this was no problem and they exceeded our expectations even as the integration took several weeks and new data had to be re-imported.
We found it easy to select a design and tailor it to requirements, learning the platform as we progressed and discovering useful features along the way. Guidance here was helpful.
Support throughout has been responsive, always available, excellent. They are genuinely committed to good customer service and making the system work for the user. The features far exceed our previous host offer and for significantly less budget - this is true for both the subscription and bespoke integration work. Frankly the contrast is amazing.
Generally the user interface is well designed with some very effective and neat solutions to routines like order processing and generating new products that are already saving us time.
Overall and several weeks in, we continue to be more than delighted with the move.

Like the general setup but there are a lot of complicated settings. Their customer service helpdesk has been very useful.

I just launched my website over a month ago. Although I’ve had experiences in managing web content from my previous jobs, building your own website is a totally different ball game. There are many modern templates to choose from, which offer a good starting point. I had some hurdles on CSS which was dealt with by Bluepark technical supporting staff efficiently. They are very knowledgable and patient on the phone. Being a startup, I didn’t feel intimidated for asking ‘silly’ questions and I have always received the best advices to achieve the desired result. There was no cutting-corners. In this day and age, people take good products and services for granted and tend to share complaints with public. I think Bluepark definitely deserves a 5 star review as they not only offer a fantastic package of a robust and feature rich e-commerce platform, but also the second to none costumer services. I’d highly recommend Bluepark to anyone.

Choosing to change your website provider is not a light decision to make, and it takes a little time to know if you have selected the right platform. However, in my case, the blues of my website transition were indeed parked.

Needed an SSL certificate for my web site to operate my Ebay store, problem, 27th December 2019, (the world is closed), put my order into Blue Park anyway, short while ago 17.00hrs 31st December 2019 (the world is now getting ready to party) everything went live, you could not ask for better service or help, a first class company.

After a difficult 18 months of trying to make ShopifyPlus work properly, we fully migrated to Bluepark ~ 9 months ago.
