bluepark provides everything I need. I am a complete novice to e-commerce and websites. They have to plenty of really good information i can read to help me and even if I can’t find what I’m looking for or need further help I just call the help line and my problems become solved.

Good platform at affordable rates. Decent customer service and customisable templates. Great place to start off.

As with most software, when you first look and try you think it can do all you want, but when you start to use it there are limitations.

It is not all 'drag and drop' and you will need some CSS coding knowledge if you want anything away from the templates that have their limits.

Professional and Responsive

I wanted a more flexible donation shop than the one provided by Squarespace.

Bluepark software is easy to use for a novice like myself with enough expansion options if you need to get creative with your site.

The support provided is incredible - staff readily available over the phone, chat and emails. Liam and James in particular very helpful in answering the many questions I raised to them.

It's unusual but pleasant to see a company that has excellent customer service.

I wish Bluepark would expand into selling domains and email packages - this would be a true one stop shop.

Terrific, versatile platform that does absolutely everything I need to maintain and operate my online bookshop. I do not hesitate to recommend Bluepark whenever the opportunity arises.

The customer service is pathetic. I requested to open a forum account to discuss possible integrations with with existing customer. The receptionist was arrogant and not helpful at all. He denied access to the forum giving no reason at all. Note: i was not looking for support for anything.

Have used Bluepark for over 8 years and any problems are always resolved quickly. Backup is first rate so if like me you have no idea what your doing know you are in safe hands

We at Headshot Gaming Merchandise spent a lot of time looking at literally every other UK based company out there that offered eCommerce systems. On more than one occasion we came close to choosing a competitor of Bluepark's. But at the last minute we would reject those systems simply because they did not have the right level of customisation we required.

We had foolishly almost completely dismissed Bluepark right at the beginning of the process because of a really stupid decision. You see Bluepark charges their customers for a SSL. None of the other companies do that. So we naturally thought why would we do that? Screw them.

We dismissed them out of hand without even taking a look at what they had to offer. This was a really dumb decision because it cost us so much time as we went and took trials with dozens of other companies until we started to run out of options.

It wasn't until months later we decided to go back and take another look, and we are real glad that we did. We needed a system that could rival a really expensive system called XCart. None of the others even came close, but after we signed up for a trial we realised that Bluepark did. Not exactly, but definitely close enough for us to be really interested.

Since then we had to call Bluepark several times to expand the trial while we fully evaluated their features and built a demo website. Which in turn actually became our store. I believe we actually extended the trial 5 times before we felt guilty and started to pay for it.

Also during that time both Liam and James had both dedicated their time to help us iron out some design and functionality issues we couldn't resolve on our own. They did this before we had spent even a penny with them.

So if you are looking at all of these other companies and wondering which one is actually the best, take my word for it, it is Bluepark. They can be a little confusing at first to get your head round how everything is set out, but with just a little time you will see that they offer you so much additional functionality that others either cannot, or they sell it to you as an extension for a recurring monthly fee. Just look at Shopify to understand what I mean by that.

There are a bunch of resources available through both their blog and forums and if you are still stuck then feel free to give them a call. The staff are welcoming, friendly and know their stuff. And they listen and give you what you want. Try getting that with any of these other companies.

I absolutely would recommend no other company than Bluepark to anyone for their eCommerce needs.

Great system , not easy to use initially for a 'non-techie' but a fab system and actually quite easy after training :-)

Ecommerce is a new experience for me. Up to now Bluepark has met all my requirements and more.

The Bluepark system for e-commerce is awesome. It is intuitive, easy to use and feature rich, a major step up for our business from a rather clunky old system. We have already seen growth in business after just 2 weeks.

Added to all that there is a number in the UK I can actually speak to someone if I get a problem and they are there to help.

I have tried all sorts of free shopping carts in the past and not used them as they are so complex - this system is just superb and so is the end result.

I moved from another UK based ecommerce provider who had an outdated platform with many unresolved bugs in their system and treated customers as just another number. Bluepark is a complete revelation, from the comprehensive platform to the excellent professional support staff.
All queries have been responded to quickly whether by phone or email, no more being put on hold or constantly checking emails for a reply! In this regard I would like to thank Liam and James who have helped with any HTML coding changes and explained in plain English how the system works.
If you are looking for an ecommerce provider that delivers and cares about their customers then Bluepark should be your first choice.

We moved our web site from our old host as they used software that was being discontinued and the replacement did not look very good. I did the transfer all myself using the help system Bluepark have. Generally all went well and as I learnt how things worked I became more and more impressed by the software. It was quite a steep learning curve, but that was to be expected. The software displays well on mobile phones which was important as 1/3 of our site visits are made with them. The only problem we had was a big one. You could not set up 301 redirects from our old web pages to the new ones as it was hosted on a sub-domain. Not Blueparks fault, but it means years of links built up to our old web site are now lost. At some point we will link the Bluepark site to our accounts, but that is for the future.

The help given has always been punctual and helpful.

Fantastic system, and fantastic company to deal with. We've been using them for 8 years on our first website (roadking.co.uk), but have subsequently added two new websites on the Bluepark system. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
