Blue Ribbon Bags Saves The Day
My clients' ski bag didn't make it onto the plane in Newark during their connection. Lufthansa wasn't helpful at all and the portal just said 'Searching for your baggage'. In the meantime, BRB located the bag in under 2 hours, with an update on the United flight it was coming on. The Lufthansa portal still said Searching for the next 8 hours despite the bag already being in the air. My clients were able to get some rest knowing the bag was en route after the stress of worrying about not having it before they headed to the mountains. They saved me the time and hassle of trying to deal with the airline. I'm very grateful for this service!

BlueRibbonBags was Outstanding!!!
BlueRibbonBags (BRB) had better and more accurate information within a few hours of submitting the forms than the reps for the airline did (who just said "there is no information in the computer") even though airline reps entered the lost bag form!!!
BRB sent me emails with updates telling me the flight numbers, date, and time of arrival; when I went to get my bag...it was there just as BRB said and this is after 4 days of the airline saying there is no information available (what a useless bag tracking system the airline uses!!!).

Scam. it is very difficult to file claims within 24 hours when flights delayed waiting for bags on carrousels talking to lost baggage staff at airport. A complete waste of time service DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Total waste company big scammers u need to report within 24 hours but this website is not even searchable within 24hrs proper fake company in trip.com they never even in mentioned website and timeline of 24hrs, it was clearly mentioned if u dont receive bag in 96hrs we will pay money back but changed policy in website saying within 24hrs. I wasted money and lost bag.

Constant updates that made all the difference
I had an excellent experience with Blue Ribbon Bags. I was traveling as the escort of a group when 16 pieces of luggage did not arrive at our destination in Milan. In such a stressful situation, their tracking service was outstanding.
Blue Ribbon Bags provided updates every six hours with clear information about the location of the luggage. This constant communication allowed me to keep my group informed and reassured, which made a huge difference during a very uncomfortable experience.
