We had a wonderful time going to…

We had a wonderful time going to Tweetsie and Snow Tubing at Beech Mountain. The cabin was centrally located between the two. The cabins view was beautiful! We felt so at home and had everything we needed at the home! Will love to come back next year!

BRMR was quick to answer the phone

BRMR was quick to answer the phone, even if they couldn't send out someone to plow the driveway during a snow storm. Very friendly and nice.

Consistently Delivering Exceptional Service

This is the 5th year we have rented a house using the Blue Ridge Mountain Rental company and our return is no accident. The rental process is super efficient and they remove all questions you can have as a renter the week of your travel. Always responsive and always prepared, I would highly recommend going directly through them for future trips to the Blue Ridge mountain area.

Million dollar view

Million dollar view! Every bedroom has a bathroom and kitchen stocked with cook/bake ware so I didn’t have to bring mine. Comfy beds, love the layout, beautifully decorated. Will definitely try the hot tube next time.

We were up for a Tweetsie Christmas…

We were up for a Tweetsie Christmas ride and the cabin was perfect for our family’s needs. The home was well furnished and appointed with everything you could need. Disappointed

We have had issues with the last two homes we rented through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. On this trip, we paid a substantial amount of money for three nights, and were extremely disappointed by the rental. Upon arrival the door code we were provided did not work, which ordinarily wouldn't be a huge deal, but in this case it was because we had no cell phone reception at the house and had a 19 month old in the car with temps below 25 degrees. Once inside, we found the glass windows in the living room were covered in handprints/smudges, the countertops were dirty throughout the kitchen, the home was not dusted, three of the bathrooms were missing trash cans, no tissues were left in the bathrooms, and multiple dishes "clean" dishes had to be handwashed because of remaining food left on them. The disappointment continued once we got in the game room. The ping pong table net was broken and all but one pool cue had the tips broken off. As a company who markets itself on "luxury" rentals, it is disappointing to have paid so much money only to be let down once again. We will likely be using a different company going forward.

Amazing Cabin

We really loved our stay in this amazing cabin! Everything was perfect about it! I especially loved how each bedroom has a balcony and how the two queen bedrooms are equally nice with their own bathrooms and balconies. The basement had a complete kitchen and ping pong table with another great bedroom and a sofa bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. They even had a coffee bar set up. The owners think of nice touches to make your stay more comfortable. I loved all the Christmas decorations in every room! We can’t wait to stay here again! The setting was beautiful and it had a fenced in backyard in case you have kids or pets.

Red Sky Retreat at Eagles Nest - Deceived by the photos online. Won’t be back!

We chose this home because the photos showed a beautifully decorated home with Christmas decor. Since we were going to be staying there in December we assumed the decor in the photos would be what we were arriving to. Nope! We arrived to fall decor and orange pumpkins in December. My daughter specifically chose this place for her birthday. Not only did we not get what was in the photos but the house was also filthy. Handprints on the walls, greasy handprints on the cabinets, food particles in the kitchen drawer where utensils were, dust and hair on the bed, dirty floors, hair on pillows, a magazine just thrown on a shelf, a sticky bathroom floor. I could go on and on. Needless to say whoever they have as their cleaning service is not doing the job correctly. On top of that they have so many rules for you to follow if you want to stay in this home. It just felt like we were children constantly being told what not to do. Be prepared to be berated with constant emails with policy’s and rules to follow on your upcoming stay. This trip was just such a disappointment. We won’t ever be back. Wish I could add photos here. Almost $3,000 down the drain. Wish I would’ve done more research and found a better place to stay.

Shout out to Nate!

Amazing stay and had a great time. I want to just give a special shout out to nate who works for blue ridge mountain, he came and helped us fix our bathroom then stayed additional to help me find my phone that was lost in the snow. Amazing guy, God bless him!
