Blue star developments have restored my faith in builders, I have had 2 Velux windows fitted in my new attic room and 2 windows serviced, they installed the windows within 2 weeks of our initial phone call, the work is excellent, there attention to detail is second to know and all members of staff I dealt with are knowledgeable and I will be definitely using again. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I rang for a cat flap quote and had an instant very competitively priced quote and measurement done within a few days. Just over a week later my new patio door glass and microchip cat flap were installed very quickly and with no mess left. Nathan was very friendly, informative and went out of his way to help me with the setup. Highly recommend!

I contacted these guys needing a Velux window and I cannot fault them. There was nothing they couldn’t do from the get go and they turned up when they said they would and were very friendly and accommodating. The price was all good and finished product excellent, it looks great! I cannot recommend them enough, Nathan is a top bloke and he does what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it 👍

Got a new cat flap this morning. Nathan did an amazing job! Job done within the hour - through my door which is covered in metal. Really please with how tidy the job is. He even brushed up after himself and helped me set up the app on my phone to control the flap. Thanks!!

I was not sure about call out charge but after read the review I decided gave it a try. And I am so glad I did! They have fixed my window as promised. Really friendly and help. They have saved me thousand pounds to replace my roof window. I would highly recommend them.

Fearless and trustworthy and Ethan is a star in the making and should go far if the modelling industry doesn't snap him up for his stature and amazing mop of hair! And David for fixing my loft ladders and straight talking.... Really friendly, reliable, hard working team who worked non stop in extremely hot and humid conditions, courteous and helpful, cleaned up after themselves and put in 2 velux windows in my loft record time! They've restored my faith and trust in tradespeople after a previous couple of bad experiences! Thanks Nathan for dropping by to fix the cable and giving me sound advice😊

nathan and his team recently fitted me a brand new velux window and repaired an older model for me, i was advised by numerous other companies that my 20 year+ old velux could not be repaired, nathan managed to strip my window down, install new glass and fully service it so it no longer leaks, looks like new, at a fraction of the cost of a new window, i’m so made up with the service that these guys offered, how professional they were and there customer service is fantastic. highly recommend, would definitely use thee guys again

I contacted Nathan about fitting a cat flap in our double glazed unit..he came to measure up and give me a price the next day. Within a week the cat flap was installed on the date agreed. Nathan and his colleague were excellent, the job was done quickly, with minimum fuss and mess. He even managed to sort out another unrelated problem while he was here! Not often you get workmen who take pride in what they do and give the customer a high quality service. Would use them again without any hesitation.

Fabulous service to fix our blown velux window glass. Rang on Friday and they came on Saturday and fixed it. Polite, friendly, tidy and good job done. Many thanks to David and his sidekick (didn't ask your name, sorry)

These guys repaired a leaky velux windows execelpent service, communication and customer service

Petflaps offered to install a catflap at my partners house. They cancelled the first appointment and didn’t inform my partner who had to chase them on the day. They explained they would be back in touch to arrange a further appointment and never were.
Unreliable and unprofessional, would certainly not recommend.

We had a Catflap fitted by these guys, very efficient, very professional, would highly recommend.
