What a pile of crap! You order more than a week in advance for a birthday and the flowers still don’t come on time. Why would I ever order again? There is no point in ordering flowers that arrive too late. It’s like having new year’s Eve fireworks on January 2nd. Totally useless!

Two years in a row a horrible Mother’s Day experience. Delayed, broken flowers and even though I paid premium for guaranteed delivery. Never again. Customer service lady was also incredibly rude.

This is the second time they screwed up my Mother's Day delivery, they will not answer any emails and it took me 3 days to get a hold of them by phone. I used to order several times a year but this is it. They blame everybody else, take no responsibility, and will not make up for it to fix their issues. They acknowledged that it got not delivered and they will not refund the payment. Never again.

I used you several times now, and I have never been let down, easy to use Website and easy checkout.

First bunch for mother's day were half dead on arrival, I complained and a second bunch was sent, even worse than the first bunch, all were dead within 24 hours, also came with a greeting card for someone else. Absolutely awful service. They used to be good but now just terrible

I no longer live in Germany but my family does. For me Blume2000 is a great way to send a greeting to my nearest and dearest. It's really easy! And the bouquets are awesome!!!
