I can order flowers for my mom in Germany very easily and fast.The flower bouquets are very beautiful and the quality is fantastic. And the prices are very reasonable.

Ok, the flowers I ordered didn’t show up at my aunt’s room in hospital. They got lost somewhere between reception and the many corridors and departments. I actually thought - well, that can’t be that bad, at this time of the year, can it?
It was my bad b/c I thought that someone would figure out (in reception) which room my aunt was in. She was moving around and I’m in NA whilst she is in EU. I was a bit sad that my surprise didn’t work out but figured it would be worth the effort to re-instruct, this time to her home address, as she was now back at home. Of course I offered to pay! I have used this flower service a few times and the flowers and service have been consistently great. So, not only did my aunt get the exact flower/plant that I initially ordered but it was done within hours of notification and although they absolutely didn’t have to, they picked up the tab. Now that’s what I call 20th century service in our 21st century world. This company feels integral but someone behind the screen in Braunschweig cared enough to help me out! Awesome team work. My daughter bought her amazing wedding flowers from Blume 2000 in Frankfurt June this year and they were simply stunning , thank you. We cannot be with her and her husband in Frankfurt for Christmas this year we will have you deliver a beautiful Christmas gift of flowers and champagne from us to her with love. ❤️

I ordered a large bouquet on a Sunday, and had it delivered on the Wednesday after. This was an international transaction, living in the US, sending to a German address. The flowers were EXACTLY as pictured, HUGE and beautiful. The recipient was overwhelmed. My sister and I were so happy we used Blume2000 to send these flowers at an important time. Thank you for putting a smile on all of our faces! Beautiful flowers, no problems at all!

Absolutely useless. Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday more than one week in advance, selected the birthday option, selected the delivery date. Flowers did not arrive and we are still waiting one day later. According to customer service, I should have read the T&Cs where they state that if I actually want the delivery on the selected date, I should have selected the premium delivery. So order at your own risk, if you are lucky the flowers will arrive.....eventually.

Delivery scheduled for 29 November arrived on 5 December. Merchant declined repayment request. Flowers were Thank you gift for a parting co-worker and were intentionally ordered for delivery on 29 November to allow a one day buffer as advised on the website. The actual delivery date was 05 December. Customer Service has let me know that there was no chance for repayment in spite of the fact that the flowers arrived in a terrible condition (with DHL since 30 Nov!). Not customer friendly at all and apparently not apologetic for having brought a paying customer into a very unpleasant position as I had to buy flowers from the supermarket last minute due to merchant failure.

My order delivery was unsuccessful as DHL couldn't find the recipient at home. So instead of delivering to a neighbor or leaving in front of the door, they sent it back to center. Now, Blume2000 rejects to give any support but wants to keep the charge of the cost of flowers and delivery even though I did not get any product. This is beyond poor customer service, it is stealing money! Obviously the customer is not in control of delivery and it is likely not to find the recipient at home! Therefore, MOST of the other companies delivery the order to neighbors in Germany. As a customer and person works in ecommerce, I am very disappointed!

Complete waste of money. Will never order flowers online from this company again.

I have always been extremely happy with this floral service. The flowers I have sent have been beautiful and very much appreciated. There was one glitch with an incorrect delivery date, but that was cleared up and I hope the correct delivery date (tomorrow) will happen as scheduled.

The range of flower bouquets is huge and so beautiful! I ordered the bouquet „Blütenmeer“ for my sisters birthday and it was the best decision! The flowers arrived exactly on time and she couldn’t stop looking at them. Blume2000 is just a perfect and easy way to make someone happy! They even have beautiful cards where you can enter a text and we also got a free vase, which was perfect for the huge flower bouquet we ordered. I can only recommend Blume2000.de!

Gutted I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday today! Haven’t arrived and suppose to arrive tomorrow too late for my aunts 80th birthday - I just hope they turn up tomorrow and are decent! I wouldn’t use them in future as pointless sending flowers on the wrong day! So disappointed
