Reliable, Good Priced, Fast postage

I've ordered from Zatu a couple of times in the past and always found them to be reliable and have competitive prices, better than Amazon in some cases.
Packaging is always great and my order turned up in great condition.

What a fantastic company!

I have had the distinct pleasure of ordering from Zatu Games on a number of occasions and each time has been a delight. Not only are their prices highly competitive but their support and dispatch are fantastic. /highly recommended!

I have not yet received my order

I have not yet received my order. Everi has twice said the game was out for delivery but failed to deliver. Most recently they failed to deliver yesterday and have given no explanation or alternative due date for delivery.

Unfortunately, while we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we are not Evri and do not have direct control over their delivery operations.

To help resolve this, we have already raised an investigation with Evri regarding the missing parcel. In addition, rather than waiting solely on the outcome of that investigation, we have also arranged a replacement order to be sent via Royal Mail to help get your order to you as soon as possible.

Rubbish service, poor customer contact

Ordered items and nowhere on the website did it say the item was not in stock and would have to be transferred! It stated it was in stock! Almost two weeks later and still not shipped. Customer service is poor, anywhere else would send out the rest of the order as an apology, but they want me to wait at least 10 more days. They are more expensive than most other stores and now seen to have gone downhill on customer service and order fulfilment.

While the item was showing as in stock when your order was placed, we operate multiple warehouses nationwide and stock may need to be transferred to our main dispatch hub before it can be shipped. This process is accounted for within the estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout.

Unfortunately, there was a slight delay with your order as we were incredibly busy throughout the UK Games Expo period. We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We would also like to clarify that the last email sent by our team did not advise you to wait a further 10 days. The message stated: "If you haven't received a dispatch notification after the next 5 working days then please get back in contact with us."

As outlined in our FAQs, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, although we always aim to meet them wherever possible.
