Thank you so much for your feedback. We can see that your order was delivered next day and unfortunately you were not home when delivery was attempted. As we use DPD you would have received a one hour delivery slot notification by email or text. Sadly, DPD only attempt delivery once before leaving at a local collection shop. This is out of our hands and in our experience DPD offer the most efficient and reliable service.

Good price, quick delivery
Pleased to find my shampoo in a 1l bottle at Bohairmia. Good price, quick delivery. Didn't need the pump and couldn't see how to exclude it from the order so feel like I've wasted plastic but other than that, very pleased with my order and will be buying from this company again.

Excellent service and pricing
I wanted large size Kevin Murphy products and found Bohairmia via an internet search. The products were at a great price, and were delivered quickly, I was kept up to date with dispatch notifications etc. along the way. I will certainly return for more products when I need them.
