Online ordering and website is straightforward and accessible, Delivery arrived within the dates given although perhaps receiving a delivery update on the day of delivery to inform the customer that it will be arriving that day would be useful as I have a lock on my tank and don't like to leave it unlocked for very long periods.

Unutterably dreadful
Ordered 1600 litres of heating oil when the price was 67p (and rising). I had the feeling it wouldn't be delivered and, indeed, they just cancelled it and now it's nearly 90p. They blamed the (4-wheel) tanker could not get access. Strange, as every other 4-wheel unit did just fine! Well, as the retired director (and other roles) in multiple road haulage companies, including tankers, I've heard every BS excuse under the sun. In my professional opinion this was pure gazzumping in a rising price market.

BoilerJuice did not inform the supplier…
BoilerJuice did not inform the supplier they selected for me (Western fuels) who had to ring me up and asked me for an email address so they could warn me of delivery.
This has not happened before. Why did BoilerJuice forget to tell the supplier the full details?
They did deliver it the next day without bother.
You also seem to love sending emails reminding me of the variations in the oil market, But I reckon I had about 20 emails from you in a week which is annoying. Your system does not seem to be controlled very sensibly and needs a tweak in my opinion.
