Refused to accept my order online

Refused to accept my order online, so after several attempts I telephoned and was told that your website was down and no orders would be taken that day...when I telephoned much later that day....youre price had jumped by around £70/£75. this was no coincidence in my opinion, just an exscuse bump up youre prices. so I went to a much more honest compny, and will continue using them for ALL my futer orders!!

An excellent service by all involved

Basically two parts necessary in fulfilling my requirements I.e. the ordering process and the delivery itself.
In the case of recent order both were exemplary. Ordering was easy and proven value for money whilst delivery, by Tincknells, was ahead of schedule and made by courteous, friendly and most efficient driver.
