I prefer this brand.

Absolutely awful. I was so excited to get these leggings after hearing everybody rave about them on social media. Finally bit the bullet and bought a pair - spending a whopping £99!!😱 The first day I put them on.. genuinely the FIRST DAY the arrive.. I pull them up and the scrunch bum seam rips. Completely rips. So my whole bum is on show… 🫣 when I contacted bombshell to complain all they offered me was a 95% discount code if I place another order. They wouldn’t refund my original order, but insisted I purchase another one to replace it using their discount code?! Absolutely disgusting. I wanted my money back not another pair of poor quality leggings!! Wont ever recommend or purchase again.

I love bombshell sports wear . I think their quality is amazing but their customer service does not match their quality as a brand . I’ve purchased from them for years and a package of mine was lost in transit . No refund , no resending out of the item . They stated i have to wait until the package arrives . No accommodations or discounts for a unsatisfied customer. I cant spend 100 dollars on a pair of leggings and have this kind of customer service . What a shame

I have spent thousands here over the last couple years. Recently I had a new sports bra be so uncomfortable as the stitching unraveled after first use. It left indents in my skin and a rash from the poor quality seam.

I contacted customer service and they refused to do anything about it.

Clothing is beautiful but cheap. Falls apart easily and will not last even if you wash it on gentle cycle.

This company used to be a great company. My account dates back many years but the owner Dominique is really catty. . She won’t like real reviews about the fit of some items. Heck you can’t ask about anything anymore. The company tends to cater to small figures and Instagram people. Currently I’m reading complaints on their Facebook and they don’t address it. Go with brands that care and continue to succeed like Gymshark. The owner too rich now to act like a customer service oriented capable person.
Oh and Dom I’d you’re reading this, perhaps taking care of your long haulers that have kept you alive. You know who we are.

I recently ordered several pieces from Bombshell Sportswear and received an email within 4 days that they were have a 40% off sitewide sale. I asked if they could honor the sale price and provide me with a store credit for any differential to ensure they do not the funding on the merchandise. Their customer service team would not oblige. They requested that I return all of the items, which requires a shipping fee back and re-order all of the items during the sale. I was disappointed but did what they asked. I re-order even more clothing than before and asked that they waive the return shipping fee as a courtesy. They would also not provide a $13.00 shipping label. I find it very disappointing that this was something they were so steadfast on. As they are now losing a customer that was willing to pay close to $1,200 for merchandise. I will now be returning everything. They will not get a single dollar further from me. Customer service is so important especially for individuals who are willing and able to purchase your product. It is important to think about the long term game plan and not be short sighted. I absolutely understand that not all accommodations can be satisfied, but a $13.00 shipping label should be one if you are trying to keep loyal customers. Although I was originally a fan of the clothing, the customer service kills it for me and I will no longer be purchasing from this brand.

I love the quality and really fashionable and beautiful design of your sport suits. I also encountered a problem that was solved very quickly by your customer service. My experience with bombshell it is expectations match reality completely, thank you for this .
