Excellent service. My consultant Akeel Rahman was fantastic. He listened to what i was looking and he talked through everything with me to ensure he gave the best advice on the products which were most suitable for me. I can't rate the kind of customer service he gave to me highly enough. He was friendly, funny, very informative, and not pushy at all.

Saved me money with a better policy. Polite and worked around my work rota to talk and help me. Tina Brazier was great explaining everything as we worked through my options.

Akeel is the consummate professional. He is charming, diligent and provided a superb service to achieve the insurance cover we needed.

After months of back and forth with different insurance providers, wreaking havoc on my anxiety, Akeel was my knight in shining armour! I can’t thank him enough for the peace of mind he has given me and my family. I was declined life insurance by so many company’s but akeel was so helpful! My wife and I initially took life cover 5 years ago with Bon Accord Life, and Akeel contacted us to see how things were going. We are so glad he did! We were able to get our life cover up to date with the added health issues that had started over the last 5 years. Akeel has outdone himself again. I had an issue with a contractual change, affecting the terms of two policies Akeel had organised for me. Within half an hour, Akeel had sourced and started a new policy that keeps me covered. This is why Akeel is my protection guy - he is unfailingly polite, cheerful, and knows his products well. Highly recommended, every time.

Akeel made the process of sorting a new policy out very easy. Having an old policy with another company I wasn’t happy with, I started to looking elsewhere for something more suited to me. I spoke with Akeel over the phone and with his humour and communication skills, I knew I could trust him with finding me a better option. He did just that and I can’t thank him enough for sorting my new, better policy.

Your member of staff, Akeel Rahman was very professional and had a great sense of humour. The fact that he supports Birmingham FC probably confirms that he has a sense of humour! He explained the options very well and in fact saved me money. The process, as you will know, is quite detailed and took about 40 minutes, his skill was excellent, I would recommend this product to anyone.
