The online order did not go through. They asked me for my date of birth along with my delivery address and when I wanted to order the goods, there was a problem on the website...it looks like a personal information collector...

This is very bad .I've been waiting my order since 22 April and i made the deposit and never came the order .I gave the receipt that I paid what company asked for and still no reply.they reply only what they see and it is lie .and never gave my money back either .

The email company is not trusted at all .their is no email for manager or any supervisor just one email for all .this is fraud .I wrote 100 emails and they didn't even dare to reply back on my question .

Have shopped a lot over the years and have never received anything that was bad. Good quality at a good price. My last purchase was sent back because it was too big. Easy to return and the invoice was paid with 49 sek. If I'm going to buy something online, Bonprix is ​​the first place I look.

I ordered a bathing suit on 26.02. Hermes failed to deliver the following day and actually returned it to Bonprix. A new order from Bonprix was made on 27.02 without my permission!!! Again Hermes failed to deliver on time and eventually it arrived on 03.03. It was very confusing for me as I was billed for both bathing suits. Eventually today 05.03 I received a mail from Bonprix to say first bathing suit was returned. I immediately paid for the 2nd. ordered one. This was my first time ordering from Bonprix and it was very confusing. Maybe you should switch from Hermes Delivery as I think it was all their fault! They actually had the cheek to say I wasn’t at home when they tried to deliver. For a postbox at home you only have to put in in the letterbox!

Good quality cloths at reasonable prices.

I bought item last December and they send me wrong product.. 2 months im dealing with them to send the right product i dont even ask to refund it.But until now asking for the same question all over again.I send pictures and proof of the wrong items send back the item thru Poczta. This is absurd!

The quality of the products is good but-
I have ordered two boots, one pair of which was fine. The other one though, the color was not the same as shown in the pictures. I wanted hellgrau, found it truly beautiful, but they sent me beige, which I already have and find boring. I wish I could upload photos of the product as advertised vs what I received.

Update: I've sent the product back and ordered another color, they returned my money and I am overall very satisfied with customer service

Update 2: I just received the "other color" that I chose. Again... It's not the color shown in pictures... The color was pictured as taba, which is bright brown/orange and the actual product was dark brown that looks almost like dark red. At this point I'm just tired of sending boots back and forth, I'll simply have my money back, thanks. At first I gave it a 4 stars because mistakes do happen, by now I just don't want to go through this again so I have to give it less even though other products may be fine

I love that everything comes so fast..now if I could only get the Hermes guy to come to my door..always waiting at home for my delivery but they never ring my bell or knock on my door..always give it to a neighbor..👎🏽

Some time ago I lived in Berlin, I shopped on Bonprix as I have been doing for years in my country but something went wrong. Apparently I didn't pay €50 for some items. Ok, maybe it was my mistake, and if they had reached out to me we would have solved it in a few minutes, instead I got not so kind emails from a third party that imposed very tight time limits, otherwise I had to pay even more, and in fact that is what happened!

I honestly don't care about the money, we're still talking small amounts, but the vibe? Very very bad. I was treated as a thief and had to deal with rude people while my bonprix account was blocked, so I couldn't contact the customare care.

Btw, when we register we give our email and number, common sense would suggest they used it to talk to us before attempting anything else.

And let's not forget that all of this was for 50€! Not 500, not 5000, just one lonely zero. Now it's kinda funny, but back then it was quite unpleasant, this is why this review comes only now.

Good quality products, fair price, good materials (I like to buy 100% cotton), quick and uncomplicated returns.

Clothing is affordable but often poor quality and if you return too many items because of low quality or terrible sizing, they will remove you from their mailing list so you can’t get anymore discounts. I used to buy a lot from them but with the quality what it is now, I only buy a few items a year when I really need them.

I am fully satisfied with dresses and Pullovers that I bought from Bonprix. They all are super chic and value for money. :)

I love this company . The price for the quality of goods is unmatched anywhere else . They have a great selection of clothes for women . I would 100% recommend them. It’s my new favorite place to shop .

Made an order three times. Every time it gets cancelled with no explanation. I have called them and they keep saying that they can not find an order in their system. Even though I have an order confirmation that I have forwarded to customer support AND I can clearly see the order under cancelled orders.
