Bought an item from Boohooman

Bought an item from Boohooman, 10 days went by and I recieved no update on shipping/tracking. I tried to reach out to customer service, but was met with an AI assistant that offered no help at all. They redirected me to the seel customer service and they told me to wait a month to file a lost package claim. This is absolutely ridiculous. I just want my money back at this point. Turned a long time buyer into someone who will never buy from this site again.

They used to be absolutely goated

They used to be absolutely goated - items and sizes, stock and postage was hard to beat at their prices. In the last couple of weeks they've done away with next day delivery and their stock levels are all out - getting refunds for stuff they don't have but waiting a week to be told, then another week for the refund.

Customer service was great (Kai)

I haven’t got my order yet but all I wanna say is that the customer service was great I never got helped this fast a really gentle and kind person named Kai helped me out it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to my order thank u.

If yall have problems I used Instagram for help it’s probably the best option fast response and great people!

5* for worst customer service

If I could rate them for bad customer service they’d get 5 stars. They’ve got to be the worst going surely?
When trying to use my gift card I was issued rather than given a refund (I’m sure I selected for the funds to go back into my bank but Boohoo are notorious for doing that) it said BoohooMan are experiencing issues with their gift cards and to contact customer service.
A week later and I’m still no further forward.
I get one message per day, always from a different person saying have you tried this, can you do that, asking me questions that I’ve ready provided information for and it’s soooo frustrating!
Yesterday I was told I’d be issued a new gift card so today when I’ve chased them again, they’re asking me for the order number of when I bought the gift card 🤦🏽‍♀️ yet they already know I was issued this as a refund.
I’ve gone round in circles and I’m no further forward in a week.
I’m determined to get a new gift card eventually just so they don’t have my money!

Hello Rob
It’s been 15 damn days since I first contacted you, and I’ve still had no proper response. This is beyond frustrating — it’s completely unacceptable.

I don’t know how you think it’s okay to ignore someone for this long, but it’s not. I want my refund processed immediately, no more delays, no more excuses.
If I don’t hear back ASAP, I’ll be forced to escalate this further because this level of service is honestly a joke.
Sort it out.

Very satisfied

I have ordered 3 times from boohooman.com and I am a very satisfied customer. The items only took 7 days to arrive, the items were TOP quality, and I didn't get screwed out of my money. I know boohooman.com has negative reviews but I got lucky and I will definitely order from them again!! I LOVE the baggy sweatpants I wear them everyday! Thank you boohooman.com for being reputable (at least with me) and I hope someday soon you will get many more positive reviews!!

very bad service don't buy if you are from EU

customer service is soo bad, didn't even get confirmed email for my order. they also don't care about clients from Europe so if u are from Europe don't order it will never come. there sizing is confusing more than the women i have been with. DO NOT BUY.

and also a message for the devs who builed there website be better very bad website doesn't work learning wordpress crash course on youtube doesn't help

Great brand, would love smaller sizes

I really like the brand — the designs are modern and the prices are great.
Kai was very helpful and assisted me quickly and professionally.
The only thing I miss is having more smaller sizes available (I wear UK 30 / EU 38). It would be great if you could expand the size range downwards.
Still, I’ll keep shopping with you.
Recommended.

DISGUSTING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICES! . This Company has went right down hill . I always used BoohooMAN but won’t ever use them again now , returned items in earlier this year wanted refund and ended up with a gift voucher for refund , wasn’t to fussed as I would use it again anyways fast forward to when I try and use it and it won’t work . Over a month of trying to contact via email Facebook messanger and text I’ve given up there customer services doesn’t exist from a company as big as this I am utterly disgusted I now have a gift voucher that I can’t use and the company won’t help me at all!!!!
