I ordered a tuxedo waistcoat for an event on Saturday, as the delivery time stated 2–3 days, which should have been more than enough.
After 4 days with no dispatch, I contacted customer service and tried to cancel the order so I wouldn’t have to pay postage. I was told this wasn’t possible because the item was “being prepared.” The order then didn’t arrive until 7 days after purchase — far too late for my event.
To make matters worse, I now have to pay to return it, and customer service refused to waive the £1.99 return fee despite the delay being on their side.
This was my first time using BoohooMAN and will definitely be my last. If you’re ordering for a specific event, I’d strongly recommend allowing at least double the stated delivery time — otherwise you risk being left out of pocket like I was.
Very frustrating experience that has cost me £5 for nothing.
Ordered 5 times in the past month and twice was send the wrong size and then twice sent the wrong colour. Constantly getting orders wrong and then the customer is expected to order / pay for delivery again
I returned an item and never received my refund. Emailed them twice and was told that the refund would be received within 8 days. Its been two months and haven't gotten my refund.

Absolutely awful service the parcel which was a gift took a longer than expected to arrive then it was the wrong item so I returned they received on the 8th April and I am still waiting!

Placed an order for a three piece suit. The waistcoat that arrived was the wrong size. The tag attached showed the correct size but the label on it said another. Was offered to return for a refund which will take weeks, but I would need to reorder another and cover delivery again, despite it being their mess up. Their only means of contact appears to be messengers which takes them a day or longer per short message reply. Impossible to get things resolved. Honestly I’d avoid them, it’s not worth the headache.
I ordered some bits for my nephews birthday and paid "next day" so it would arrive early, once I saw Evri was delivering I already got paranoid.
The item got delivered to a random address, the proof of delivery was a photo of someone's feet next to some cigarette butts.
I reached out to boohoo man for them to resend items or refund, they ignored my email & social media messages for 7 days so I sent another warning of charge back, no reply, so I started charge back with Revolut, and within 90 minutes of Revolut starting the charge back boohoo contested it. - they ignore their customers but respond to the banks. I have no doubt I'll get my money back from Revolut, but others may not so please be wary about using this deplorable company as they do not value you at all.

Ive used Boohooman several times and always received the goods. However, the first time I try to return one item for a refund their true colours are seen.
Initially, I received a gift card which didnt work, after going back and forth several times, they claim to have processed a refund which still hasn't materialised and its well past the 5-7 days to hit the bank.
Customer service is a waste of time, going round in circles asking for the same info even though I have a confirmation email from them, stating the refund has been issued.
No wonder the share price has plummeted over the past few years, judging by the other reviews return custom must be virtually nil.
I certainly wont be buying again. Dont treat customers right and get what you deserve!
Now ill get a standard response from Rob by the looks of it on the other complaints, requesting to go back through customer services.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, they came were far too big! Shipped them back and have stated I’m getting a refund for 1 set when I shipped both of the sets back! Absolute joke won’t be shopping here again!

I placed an order on their site on april 9th and received no confirmation email, no order dispatched email, no delivery details. Tried reaching out to customer service only got the AI bot telling me my order should be delivered by april 17th maximum, then they said 19th maximum, then they said oops might be lost. I paid 650 dollars for this and they dont even have the decency to give a human response as to why the order is missing and why they havent sent a single update. The issue isnt so much boohoo themselves its that the shipping services they use are literally the cheapest scammiest shipping sites so you end up with these situations as a result of their desire to cut costs this drastically. Fair enough but at least give me the option to pay for delivery with a trusted service as opposed to meowmeow delivery uniuni delivery

I have been trying to return goods for 2 weeks now. Couldn't use their return portal so sent email. After a week customer services sent me a QR code but omitted to inform which courier to use. I tried Evri but couldn't print Return Label. I am now trying to ascertain which courier. I have tried Boohooman WhatsApp which sent my response to customer services. I also sent another email so I guess another wait of 2 weeks to get reply and then will be told cannot return. Appalling customer service turnaround. If I could give 0 stars I would.

NEVER EVER get the refund via gift card, it’s a con so they can keep your money!! they never send them (im due 3) and after 6 months they finally manually sent them and guess what…… they are expired!! First I get a message Basically saying ohh well too much time has past there is nothing they can do, then after a week of back and forth they tell me they will be reissued and new ones sent!! THAT WAS WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOTHING!!

Take days a time to respond to messages and emails, go around in circles because they do not understand simple terms, and talk to you as if your the stupid one!
paid for premier delivery for it to work the first time I made a purchase then to not work since!. On top they expect you to also pay an insurance fee for your parcel but shouldn’t this be standard with any parcel you order from anywhere.
All in all just don’t bother! Save your time and money!.

I ordered shorts in medium and their sizing was way off they fit like an extra large which is a significant fault and doesn’t represent true sizing and they are making me pay returns and I also won’t get refunded for them £25 spent to only receive £18 back for their own mistake a shocking company with shocking customer service avoid at all costs.

All their clothes are stupidly sized. You tops will be too short/too long. They’re obsessed with the “oversized” look instead of doing standard sizes and letting people size up if they want to. Even their “regular fit” will be a weird shape. Just avoid.
